Talk of digital IDs got me wondering whether an affidavit from a parent with witnesses be a legit form of ID? Or do I absolutely need a notary?

Royal Court of Jersey Trust Recognition/Declaration
Morning all, I have looked through my notes and files and used the search function here in the community page but cannot find the relevant document or notes on how to get one's private trust recognised by/a certificate of recognition from the Royal Court of Jersey. @Peter Wilson @Dave DimeBar is there a specific form or application process for this and does it truly necessitate sending the whole trust deed off for inspection? Hi Guys, so my situation is that I want to get a trust together which mainly would involve Cryptocurrency. I don't have any other assets, I'm not a home owner and never have been. Never fancied paying 3 times as much of the value of a house. So Yea basically the sort of trust where I can take loans out of the trust and not have to pay tax, just like the big boys do. With the end product/trust leaving all my crypto to my kids and wife. I am willing to pay a reputable person who knows the score. Thanks in advance.
