Hi, I’m Marja. I live in Helsinki Finland and have my basecamp here.🇫🇮🇫🇮🇫🇮 I come from a medical and therapeutic background: I’m originally trained as a medical doctor and psychiatrist, and I’ve worked also as a psychotherapist. Along the way, I’ve integrated body-based approaches, breathwork and neurofeedback as part of my clinical and therapeutic work. Over time, a deeper spiritual awakening called me onto the path of mediumship. Today, I work as a medium and intuitive teacher, training others in developing their sensitivity and connection in a grounded, embodied way. At the heart of my work is practice. Breathwork, somatic awareness and repeated experiential exercises are not add-ones, they are the foundation. The body is the instrument through which intuition, presence and spirit are perceived. In my community, we focus on doing, not just understanding. The community is named The Inner Medium Method. Regular practices help regulate the nervous system, deepen perception and create a stable base for intuitive and mediumistic development. That is the reason I am here.🙏
