Considering hiring an ISA to call my leads for me and set appointments within 3 mins. I have systems in place to be able to track all of this and for them to be able to attend within 3 mins. But my question is has anyone hired an ISA? How much would i be paying one? Hourly? Preferably Female, either American, deported Mexicans are also good, or south africans. Do you pay them per hour? I get around 2-4 leads a day now and will ramp that up to at least 10 a day over the next month. Should i have 2 ISA's switching shifts? Please anyone let me know who knows anyone or has experience.
