Few rounds of boxing and kickboxing on the heavy bag this morning and 3 sets of 12 hammer curls and benchpress and 20 crunches. Down 2-3 lbs from a week ago.
@Bence Vámos I used to go to a HIIT kickboxing class when I was 25 to 30 off and on. I use the weight bag at home from time to time over the last year. I need to start using it 2-4x a week when I’m not lifting with my trainer in the mornings. I wish there there a virtual online class I could join to keep my accountable and consistent. It’s too easy for me to reschedule an appointment with myself.
