@Michael Hollis since you are in my coaching program I could give you more creative and tasty options, but the thing is that those take more time to make them. Since you are already struggling a bit with the basic mealplan, probably the more creative versions would not fit you the best, but let me know in private if you want the more creative plans:)

@Ken Robinson I was thinking a lot on a proper course material, but it would be a lot of work on my end, if I would want to make a proper job and cover every important topic, it would be several hours of material, and at this point it doesnt make sense for me to put in the effort of weeks of work, if only a very small number of people are buying. In the future it will come though, as I am scaling my business.

How Mr. “Bear” went from a beerbelly to a sixpack
Mr. Bear is my client and friend, we started to work together in early May... When he contacted me he was already on TRT!!!, but on a very poorly managed one. He didnt have proper bloodwork done, he was out of shape and unhealthy. How he achieved these results in a couple of months? -Fixed TRT protocol and biomarkers -Quitting alcohol -Fixed the diet -Fixed the workout routine. His execution was very bad, focusing on lifting heavy without proper form. -We fixed the micronutrient defficiencies -Fixed his sleep and cardio routine Now at 42 he is in the best shape of his life by far, and continually getting better. How Mr. “Bear” went from a beerbelly to a sixpack
New from Oregon
Hi, I am new, 68, and looking to nail down the lesser known, but also important, issues of TRT. I've been on TRT for 2 years and my MD is ok, but she's never mentioned looking at anything other than total T which I know is not good. Looking to work with Bence for guidance.

Some clients in their 40-50’s..
If you are doing the work, and working off of a good plan, there is no reason why you couldnt be the next success story. My clients are crushing it and it will be only better any better, with more and more guys. Optimizing hormones, biomarkers, diet, peptides… Be the next!
