Most people treat December like a write-off — no training, bad food, “I’ll start in January.” That’s exactly why December is your unfair advantage. While everyone else is falling behind, you can be locking in momentum, dialing in your habits, and setting yourself up to dominate January instead of playing catch-up. How Mr. “Bear” went from a beerbelly to a sixpack
Mr. Bear is my client and friend, we started to work together in early May... When he contacted me he was already on TRT!!!, but on a very poorly managed one. He didnt have proper bloodwork done, he was out of shape and unhealthy. How he achieved these results in a couple of months? -Fixed TRT protocol and biomarkers -Quitting alcohol -Fixed the diet -Fixed the workout routine. Hi, I am new, 68, and looking to nail down the lesser known, but also important, issues of TRT. I've been on TRT for 2 years and my MD is ok, but she's never mentioned looking at anything other than total T which I know is not good. Looking to work with Bence for guidance.
