Join us next Tuesday for the Summit Integration call
👋 Dear Community Wow, it was an intense week, starting with the Unconference and then the Summit (which still continues with today's integration day). But next it's time to digest all the content, rest... and then step into action. We'd like to invite you to integrate and activate together ! Please mark your calendars for next Tuesday, October 21st, 12.30pm CET, for a 1-hour summit integration call, here on Skool. You'll find the link to join in the calendar tab. We'll record this one for our members. Please come to: share 💛 what you loved, what you didn't love so much ❓ what questions you're holding 🧩 what integration means to you ⚡ what you're going to act upon 🤝 how we can collaborate in this community Looking forward! Sarah & Nadene P.S. Welcome to the new members whom we've met at the Summit 💚 P.P.S. Please share with people you met at the summit and watch parties 🙏

The Work
Today on our call we got chatting about doing ‘our work’. We’re all on that journey in one way or another, it doesn’t end and we keep with it because it matters. I shared this track in the chat and was asked to share it here. I came across it via the work of Graham Allcott, he’s an advocate of kindness and being productive. I’ve used it as a check out within my own organisation. As Brene Brown would say, ‘you gotta do your work’ and as Amy Edmonson says in the IDG intro video ‘it’s difficult to learn if you already know’. https://youtu.be/c3K1lMSvmbo?si=oJDnIiyIOFdXEBQr
PLEASE REPLY: Forming workgroups for our challenges
Hello ID@work Community, Thank you to everyone who joined yesterday’s connection call! It was truly inspiring to hear from each of you and to feel the collective energy towards creating impactful change together. Your active participation is exactly what makes this community so unique and powerful. One key outcome from our call was a strong interest in 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩𝐬. These groups will each focus on a 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜 𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬 that were identified in your onboarding responses – the very challenges that many of us are working to address in our own organizations and with clients. 𝐄𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐢𝐧 𝐚 𝐬𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭. If you feel drawn to a particular category, 🅿🅻🅴🅰🆂🅴 "🆁🅴🅿🅻🆈 🆃🅾 🆃🅷🅴 🅲🅾🅼🅼🅴🅽🆃" 🅾🅵 🆃🅷🅰🆃 🅲🅰🆃🅴🅶🅾🆁🆈 to indicate your interest in becoming an 𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐄 member of that group. 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬: Our community thrives on reciprocity – it’s about both taking and giving. By actively contributing, you not only benefit from the support and insights of others but also enrich our shared knowledge base, helping us all advance the ID@work mission. 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝐠𝐨𝐚𝐥: Each working group will collaborate to create a pitch or presentation that helps all of us address these challenges with our clients. The outcomes will be shared with all active members to amplify the impact of our work. You are also welcome to join more than one working group if you feel inspired to contribute in multiple areas! Looking forward to seeing where we’ll take this journey together! 🌍

Category 2 and 3 for me
Choose one time for our weekly Community of Practice sessions
Last week we discussed having two weekly sessions 🥳 👉Now, please select ONE time when you will be available each week...most of the time, understanding that some topics may not be of interest. Sessions will depend on topics and speaker availability, and will last 60 minutes, times below are CET In case you missed it, here is the thread regarding the discussion: https://www.skool.com/innerdevelopmentwork-4153/how-to-build-our-community-of-practice?p=15ad0c6d If none of these are suitable, please post what is more suitable in the comments. Thank you 💫 p.s. We'll keep the poll open this week

@Elana Robertson I agree. Although I’m in UK 8-9am UK time or 9-10 CET I feel works easier as it doesn’t interfere as much with work schedules.
Thanks
Immense thanks for this mornings gathering. To the hosts, the community members and to the planet for holding us in this space. I had to get up from the desk in central Edinburgh (I’m in the office this morning), to take a picture of the sun rising over East Lothian.
Thanks
