At the LTC RETREAT 2023, I sang one of the lessons during the Friday night jam. I was then given the challenge to record singing mantras for each lesson. It sounds SUPER daunting to imagine adding that much work to my busy life, but I felt called this morning after Mary's Yoga, so I decided to start when the Retreat energy was with me.
