Does anyone know how we can add I-9 verification services to our fingerprinting business?

I have been checking local prices so that I can price accordingly for my services. Could someone tell me what the difference is between these two services? I have seen these on several other websites written like this. They look like they are the same service just on two different types of cards. Thank you in advance!
