Let's talk hot chocolate...

This is so VERY important I'm just copying and pasting this... Sam Ovens taught this framework. It fixes the #1 mistake most Skool builders make. Most people start with their passion, then try to find members. And it's the wrong order. Here's the right way: 1. Market — Pick who you want to serve first. Not what you want to teach. Who. 2. Problem — Find what they're already struggling with. Don't invent problems. 3. Solution — Build a community that helps them faster or better. 4. Passion — Check if you actually enjoy serving this group long-term. Most people do: Passion → Solution → Market → Problem. That's why they can't grow. The right order is: Market → Problem → Solution → Passion. When you pick your market first, everything becomes clearer. You're not guessing what to build. You're solving what they need. Direction matters more than speed. You can build all day with the wrong niche and get nowhere. Are you following this order?

1. Go live - find someone to go live with over there it will extend your reach. 2. Post 3 to 5 notes a day (okay, so I'm not great at this either - but here's a tip - restacking other people's notes counts too - my next video - I'll try to do it here in a bit - will be on how to restack on Substack) 3. You need to be thinking about ways to make offers (and you need to have offers to make) Substack converts subscribers at about 2-3% so that mean 20 -30 paid subscribers with 1000 free subscribers (my stats are 779 subscribers and 36 paid subscribers - that's a 21% conversion rate (and why I say you don't need a lot of subscribers what you need are the right subscribers and you need to make them offers! 4. Add images to go with your posts or video clips this seems to be gaining in reach And as I'm always saying nothing beat real connection, comment, like and restack other's content - reach out start a conversation (not the creepy hi how are you today) Ask a question in the comments section or on a note - engage. Finally, post your note links in the daily notes boost - and then go and like and comment on other's links.
