Creating a Post on Substack
Today I decided to make a "how to" video for creating content on Substack. Today's post is all about the mechanics of creating a post. Adding an image, what all the menu items are (well okay so there are a couple things I don't understand - like the <> code function that never seems to work as I expect) and how to figure out what to write content around. The 2 biggest takeaways I intend for people creating content on Substack 1. use headers 2. add an image to everything you create on the publication side. Here is the Substack Article I created while making the video... https://hartlifecoach.substack.com/p/how-to-create-a-post-on-substack

NOTES BOOST 12 21 25
Happy Winter Solstice! Are you doing anything special to celebrate the longest night of the year? Personally, I love these dark days... of the special lights and candles. As though preparing us with the space to rest for the growth that will happen in spring. Spring starts in just a couple weeks (if only in my head) I know logically that winter is just starting, but because this is the darkest point right now, I always feel like we are turning towards the march to light and newness. 🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄 Share your links, notes, content here - and ask for feedback, shares, tell us what you'd like support with. And support each other! That's where the magic happens.

🌟Welcome to the Coach's Alchemist's Academy - Our MISSION🌟
My mission is simple: to help coaches and spiritual entrepreneurs get visible so they can amplify their message and attract the clients they’re meant to serve. This community isn’t just about taking—it’s about giving and growing together. I believe a rising tide lifts all ships, and when we support each other, we all rise higher. Here’s how you can make the most of this space: ✨ Share what you’re working on—your projects, launches, ideas. ✨ Ask for feedback, guidance, or collaboration. ✨ Offer support, encouragement, or insight when others share. This is your place to experiment, learn, and be seen. Let’s co-create a space where visibility feels natural, collaboration is celebrated, and abundance flows for everyone. Drop a quick hello below and let us know what you’re working on right now! Be sure to check out the calendar and the classroom - lots of goodies in there. The fastest way to "level" up is to leave a comment under your welcome comment & then create a post, next leave some comments on other peoples comments - which can be as simple as tagging them and dropping a gif - You only need 5 interactions to hit level 2 and then level 3 will happen pretty quickly after - the object is to give people opportunities to like your stuff and comment so ask questions, drop gifs, be curious - have fun.

About Pages...
A lot of us have our own communities or are thinking about starting one... Let's use this thread to share your about pages. A good about page helps a lot with getting found in discovery. Skool is looking for interesting/original art work and may a short hello video. Your About page is not your life story. It’s a decision page. If someone skims it in 30 seconds, they should know: - Is this for me? - Will this help me solve the thing I’m stuck on? - Do I trust the guide? The Short List That Matters 1. Who this is for (and who it’s not) One clear sentence so the right people feel seen and the wrong ones self-select out. 2. The painful problem they’re living with right now Name it in their language. Confusion, inconsistency, invisibility, scattered offers, no clients despite “doing all the things.” 3. The specific outcome they’ll get Not vibes. Not inspiration. A tangible result they can imagine experiencing. 4. How this space is different - What makes this Skool feel safer, simpler, faster, or more aligned than courses, masterminds, or free groups they’ve tried. 5. What actually happens inside3–5 bullets max. Think: calls, prompts, feedback, templates, audits, hot seats, visibility opportunities. 6. Why you are the guide (without a bio dump) 7. One credibility line that signals “you’re in good hands” without ego or overexplaining. 8. A clear next step Join. Upgrade. Start here. One action. No wandering. Share your about page here and then check out a few others - leave constructive feedback

One Rule of Ones - How to Make it Work For You...
The “One of Everything” Rule (aka: How You Actually Build Momentum) Most people don’t struggle because they’re not talented. They struggle because they’re scattered. If you want real traction—and real income—you don’t need more. You need one of each thing, done well. Here’s the framework we come back to again and again: 1️⃣ One Target Market Choose one group you genuinely care about. When you love the people you serve, you stay long enough to help them win—and they gladly pay for results. 2️⃣ One Product Not a menu. Not a maze. One clear offer you can confidently say: “This will get you the result you want.” Simplicity builds trust. Trust converts. 3️⃣ One Conversion Tool Pick a single way to turn interest into clients— • strategy calls • webinars • live events • workshops Choose one. Practice it. Refine it. Master it. 4️⃣ One Traffic Source Not random networking. Not chasing algorithms everywhere. One traffic source you can turn on, scale, and attract aligned people consistently. Depth beats breadth every time. 5️⃣ One Year This is the part most people skip. Give yourself a year to sharpen—not restart. A year to get good instead of getting distracted. A year to let momentum compound. When you try to juggle: • multiple markets • multiple offers • multiple funnels • multiple platforms You stall. When you focus on one of each, you build power. Sharpen one blade long enough—and it cuts through everything. That’s how sustainable, aligned million-dollar businesses are built. 💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪 Now for how you apply this to your business... How Substack, Podcasting, and Skool Plug Into the “One of Everything” Framework A lot of people have Substack, a podcast, and a Skool community…but they’re using them like separate projects instead of one system. Let’s simplify. You’re not building three businesses. You’re building one ecosystem. Here’s how each piece fits cleanly into the framework: 1️⃣ One Target Market Your target market stays the same everywhere. Same person: • reads your Substack
