This is so VERY important I'm just copying and pasting this...
Sam Ovens taught this framework. It fixes the #1 mistake most Skool builders make.
Most people start with their passion, then try to find members.
And it's the wrong order.
Here's the right way:
1. Market — Pick who you want to serve first. Not what you want to teach. Who.
2. Problem — Find what they're already struggling with. Don't invent problems.
3. Solution — Build a community that helps them faster or better.
4. Passion — Check if you actually enjoy serving this group long-term.
Most people do: Passion → Solution → Market → Problem.
That's why they can't grow.
The right order is:
Market → Problem → Solution → Passion.
When you pick your market first, everything becomes clearer.
You're not guessing what to build. You're solving what they need.
Direction matters more than speed.
You can build all day with the wrong niche and get nowhere.
