From Reading “DotCom Secrets” at 13 to Signing my First B2B Client
When I was 13, I picked up my first copy of DotCom Secrets. That book sparked my interest in entrepreneurship, and it's crazy to think that I’ve just signed my first B2B AI client. → 📚 Quick Background: Initially ran an online B2C business for four years and managed to scale from nothing to hundreds of customers, which helped me understand customer needs and sharpen my software development skills. I then switched to b2b and, for the past years, I’ve been focused on leveraging AI (which just feels like a buzzword at this point, I know), Python and no-code tools to help businesses. I've focused on projects like generating personalized lead magnets for each customer at scale with AI, automating social media content creation from just an idea, and developing smart chatbots for websites that handle everything from managing leads to answering customer queries. → 🎯 What I sold: In early September, I closed a deal for a system that automates responses to student queries using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). → 📌 What it does: - Provides 24/7 instant answers to student queries through WhatsApp (via both text and audio). - Saves the client time and money by reallocating staff. - No longer has to spend time on a very repetitive task. - It's highly scalable, and the costs are dirt cheap thanks to custom code. It's been some time in the making, but I'm super proud of how it turned out. If you're interested in getting to know how it works, I've created a brief loom and attached it to this post, showing an overview of the project's architecture. Lastly, if you need help trying to figure out all this new AI tech stuff and how it'll affect your business/sector, I'm always down to have a chat. That way we can learn from each other, and hopefully I can provide some value to you :)
