So I read somewhere that when you upload videos, you should schedule it 24 hours later to publish to allow youtube time to analyze and find the correct viewers to recommend to. Does anyone actually do this or do you just publish after uploading?

English is my second language so camera confidence is a work in progress. What I'm struggling with - getting found from zero, titles and thumbnails, and turning viewers into coaching clients. Hi..have any of you ever dealt with this? I created my channel about a year ago but never posted a video. I did all the verification things...even the advanced selfie one and got verified...a year ago. I posted my first video 3 days ago and it is saying under the description box that it needs verified before I can have clickable links. However, when I go to my Google account, it says I have verification. So it's very confusing. TIA for any help. I've asked chat and tried everything it said to do but it still isn't working.

I recently did a series of videos, not remotely connected to my main talking points on my channel. I did them as a training tool for an in person ministry I help oversee. I was going to publish them in May, however, I am now considering making them unlisted, and putting the links in my newsletter (they may help someone). So my question, when people view unlisted videos, does YT recognize these views? How do views on unlisted videos affect the algorithms? Since I am navigating uncharted waters with the newsletter, I am trying to figure out how to give additional value to subscribers with videos they will only have access to. Any thoughts, your experiences with newsletters and unlisted videos would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance!
