Hello Team, I would like to enhance my Transaction Lending online and in my city, San Antonio, Tx. My plan was to visit as many Title company in town as I can and offering my services. Somehow after this morning jam session with Pace I was directed here, don't ask me how, but here I am. I've been a Gator since May 2025 tried to strike some deals left n right. I had a $45M deal that slipped through my hands and nothing. Anyhow at this moment I'm also involved with acquisition of a RV and MF for myself and hosting a virtual meetup weekly for San Antonio, Tx. Lets go!!! I am also involved with Container Houses to give more attainable homes for Veterans, Baby-boomers, and any institutions that will need housing at an attainable price. We can also help you to eliminate property taxes if you live under 400sqft living space.

This is harder than I thought!!! I planned on completing 15 of the 35 by today but Im not even at 8.....OH MY GOSH

I have heard this numerous times. But I need to keep reminding myself about it. Pace even alluded to it this morning on the Jam Session. And it goes like this: "Don't chase the deal, chase the relationship." He told a Subto member this morning that he lost a deal(got ghosted) because he got too technical too early. I have heard many people doing deals say that they don't even bring up what they do on the first contact. They just offer help or provide value first and begin the 'relationship'. This is just something I need to be more mindful of, and so I thought I would share it. 😊

As we head into the new year, I want to help members of Transactional Funding Hub start January by doing real deals, and getting 2026 goals flowing fast.
