DTF: Baked Chicken, Roasted Potatoes & Sautéed Spinach (with Brownie Behavior for Dessert 😉) Serves: 2–4 (with leftovers if you’re doing it right) Prep Time: ~15 mins Cook Time: ~1 hour 🍗 Baked Chicken Legs Ingredients: - Chicken legs (however many your spirit led you to buy) - Garlic powder - Onion powder - Badia Complete Seasoning - Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning - Oil (olive or whatever you use) Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 425°F. 2. Clean your chicken (and sanitize that sink after… don’t play with me). 3. Pat dry, then season generously with all spices + a drizzle of oil. 4. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and lay chicken out evenly. 5. Bake for 1 hour, flipping halfway through for even browning. 💡 DTF Tip: Season extra and store half in a Ziploc for later in the week. Prepared you = less stressed you. 🥔 Roasted Red Fingerling Potatoes Ingredients: - Red fingerling potatoes - Oil - Garlic salt - Italian seasoning - A little Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning Instructions: 1. Boil whole potatoes for ~5 minutes to soften slightly. 2. Drain, let cool, then cube into bite-sized pieces. 3. Toss in a bowl with oil + seasonings. 4. Spread evenly on a baking sheet. 5. Roast at 425°F for ~30 minutes, flipping halfway if you want extra crisp. 🥬 Sautéed Spinach Ingredients: - Fresh spinach - Butter Instructions: 1. Heat pan on high heat. 2. Add a little butter. 3.
