🍕 DTF: EASY BBQ Chicken Pizza
Ingredients - 1 pre-made pizza crust - Olive oil (for brushing crust) - 1/3–1/2 cup BBQ sauce (your sugar-free Sweet Baby Ray’s) - 1–1.5 cups cooked chicken thighs (shredded) - 2–3 strips bacon (cooked + crumbled) - Handful of spinach (ripped) - 1–1.5 cups pizza cheese blend - Onion powder - Italian seasoning Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 450°F(Yes, start high—this is key for the crust.) 2. Prep the crust Remove from packaging Lightly brush with olive oil 3. Build your pizza Spread BBQ sauce evenly Add shredded chicken Sprinkle bacon Add spinach Top with cheese Finish with onion powder + Italian seasoning 4. Lower oven to 425°F(Important step from the package—don’t skip) 5. Bake Place on middle rack or baking sheet Bake for 8–10 minutes Until cheese is melted and edges are golden 6. Cool slightly, slice, and serve Pro Tips (This is the part that elevates you): - Crispier crust: Bake directly on oven rack (if safe for your crust) - Extra golden top: Broil for last 1–2 mins (watch closely 👀) - Flavor boost: Add a drizzle of BBQ sauce after baking DTF Note: This is what I mean when I say cooking doesn’t have to be complicated to be comforting. DTF Recipe - Baked Chicken, Roasted Potatoes & Spinach
DTF: Baked Chicken, Roasted Potatoes & Sautéed Spinach (with Brownie Behavior for Dessert 😉) Serves: 2–4 (with leftovers if you’re doing it right) Prep Time: ~15 mins Cook Time: ~1 hour 🍗 Baked Chicken Legs Ingredients: - Chicken legs (however many your spirit led you to buy) - Garlic powder - Onion powder - Badia Complete Seasoning - Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning - Oil (olive or whatever you use) Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 425°F. 2. Clean your chicken (and sanitize that sink after… don’t play with me). 3. Pat dry, then season generously with all spices + a drizzle of oil. 4. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and lay chicken out evenly. 5. Bake for 1 hour, flipping halfway through for even browning. 💡 DTF Tip: Season extra and store half in a Ziploc for later in the week. Prepared you = less stressed you. 🥔 Roasted Red Fingerling Potatoes Ingredients: - Red fingerling potatoes - Oil - Garlic salt - Italian seasoning - A little Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning Instructions: 1. Boil whole potatoes for ~5 minutes to soften slightly. 2. Drain, let cool, then cube into bite-sized pieces. 3. Toss in a bowl with oil + seasonings. 4. Spread evenly on a baking sheet. 5. Roast at 425°F for ~30 minutes, flipping halfway if you want extra crisp. 🥬 Sautéed Spinach Ingredients: - Fresh spinach - Butter Instructions: 1. Heat pan on high heat. 2. Add a little butter. 3. Toss in spinach and sauté until wilted (this happens fast—don’t walk away). 4. Lightly season if desired. 🍫 Dessert (Because Balance > Misery) - Duncan Hines Milk Chocolate Fudge Brownies DTF Secret: Add a little cinnamon to the mix. Don’t question it. Just ascend. 💬 Final Note (for the Skool girls + community) This meal is simple, filling, and intentional.
