Actually, I have a few questions about that: 1. Agr hum 100 sq/ft buy krty hain, to jab hum poora woh buy kar lenge to kya hamein us ka lease ya transfer document milega? 2. Agr hum aaj 100 sq/ft buy krty hain aur baad mein mazeed units buy kar lein, to kya woh usi mein add ho jayengi? Aur kya hum is tarah purchase karte karte poora apartment unit buy kar sakte hain? 3. Agr hum poora apartment buy kar lein, to jab woh complete ho jayega to apartment hamare naam kaise transfer hoga? Kya hum usay khud rent out kar sakte hain ya wahan khud reh bhi sakte hain? 4. Agr hum apartment khud sell karna chahein, to us ka process kya hoga? Apartment hamare naam par kaise hoga? Aur kya hum choose kar sakte hain ke kis floor par kaunsa apartment buy karna hai? 5. Long term Investment
Okay, so my plan is for the next 15–20 years, and I’ve recently started investing in ETFs. I wanted to get some guidance from more experienced investors here — are ETFs the best option for long-term goals in our market? Or should I be considering other strategies alongside them? ETF is totally dependent on the KSE 100 trend if the trend is high ETF price will be high. For Shahriah Compliant MIIETF & MZNPETF. ETF is better than Mutual Funds

For ETF don't need to open separate account only broker account needed it is same as you can buy stocks
