Journal entry 28th Oct
Went to school early in the morning and came back completely drained. Took some time to rest, my brain was officially on low battery mode. Later, spent a while with Zozo. His energy never fails to lift my mood, it’s like he has his own sunshine. There’s an event coming up in school, so things are getting a bit hectic already. Meanwhile, I’m also preparing for my B.Ed exams and trying to keep up with assignments. Balance? Still figuring that part out 🥲 In the late hours, I hopped on a Google Meet with @Aleeza Shahzadi . We chatted about random things, it felt easy, casual, and really relaxing (she's my freelancing bestie 😆) Overall, a long but good day. Alhumdulillah for little moments that make it easier to keep going.
I disappeared…but not really
Sooo… turns out disappearing for a while teaches you a lot. 😅 Even though I wasn’t active here, I wasn’t completely MIA, I’ve been dummy bidding, studying patterns, and quietly leveling up behind the scenes (basically training in the shadows like a background character 😅). THINGS I LEARNED: I learned that taking a break doesn’t mean you’ve fallen off, sometimes it just means you’re upgrading in silence. I learned that burnout doesn’t announce itself with alarms, it just quietly steals your spark if you don’t protect it. And most importantly, I learned that it’s okay to come back a little messy, unsure, or even inconsistent, as long as you come back. ====================================================================== I’ve got my exams starting from 10th November, so life’s definitely juggling me around right now, but I’m slowly finding my rhythm again (maybe i'll disappear again for a while during this 🥲) This new chapter? It’s about creating from peace, not pressure. (Still figuring it out though, so don’t expect overnight enlightenment 😭)

@Abdul Rehman Khan JazakAllah 🫶
I hope no one forgot about me? 🥲
Guess who decided to resurrect their Skool account? 👀 Yup, me. After what felt like 473 “I’ll post tomorrow” promises, I’m finally back, this time for real (InshaAllah 😅). Life had me juggling a hundred things, but I’m coming back with new energy, fresh ideas, and (hopefully) more consistency than my gym streak. Expect daily posts, value drops, A LOT of supportive comments and maybe a few bad jokes along the way 😁 Also, big shoutout to the few of you who actually noticed my disappearance and checked in on me, you guys are the real ones 🫶 Seriously, those messages meant a lot. Y’all gave me that extra push to come back stronger. Glad to be back among awesome people again 🙌 I hope no one forgot about me? 🥲

📢Reviewing Dummy Bids for Azhan, Asif, Maheen & Aleeza
I’ve just uploaded a new video where I reviewed the dummy bids submitted by @Azhan Ahmed, @Muhammad Asif, @Maheen Hashmi, and @Aleeza Shahzadi. 💼 In this session, I’ve shared: ✅ What’s good about each bid ✅ What mistakes to avoid in real client proposals ✅ How to make your bids stand out and increase your chances of getting hired Normally, review Looms are exclusive to the paid community, but this one is a freebie from my side for all members of the free community. 🎁 This video will help everyone improve their Upwork bidding strategy and write more effective proposals. Make sure to take notes there’s a lot to learn from these reviews 🚀

Why Motivation Alone Fails: The Triangle That Keeps You Moving Forward
We’ve all been there, fired up on Day 1, dragging by Day 15, completely off track by Day 30. That’s the rollercoaster of motivation. Highs that feel unstoppable, followed by crashes that make you question yourself. The truth? Motivation isn’t broken. You’re just relying on the wrong piece of the system. If you rely only on motivation → you get big starts, big stops, burnout, guilt. If you rely only on discipline without purpose → you feel robotic, hollow, and eventually quit. If you have purpose but no discipline → you keep dreaming without progress. So, motivation, discipline, and purpose are like the three sides of a triangle. Take one away, and the shape collapses. Here’s how they work in harmony: 👉 Motivation = Fuel. It sparks the journey, gets the engine going. But it burns out fast. 👉 Discipline = Engine. This is what actually keeps you moving when fuel runs low. Habits, routines, small actions. 👉 Purpose = Map. Otherwise, you’re just driving in circles. Purpose gives direction and meaning to the grind. So, the conclusion is: Balance isn’t a grand, one-time achievement. It’s a system you tweak. Use motivation to start, discipline to repeat, purpose to choose the road.
