Prompt Engineering Breakdown - Sharing My Notes
Hey everyone! I've been learning and experimenting with prompt engineering recently - and I wanted to share something that's been really helping me. After testing different techniques with ChatGPT and other Al tools, I've built a personal structure that helps get the most accurate and useful results every time. Here's a snapshot of what I follow: Context - Who you are / what you're doing Specific Task - Clear and focused request Intent - What you want from the Al Format - Bullet points, para, table, etc. Limits - Word count or number of points Tone - Formal, friendly, urgent, etc. Example Output - Give a sample if possible Role Assignment - Ask Al to act like a senior/expert Chain of Thought - "Think step by step before answering" I've also handwritten all of this in my notebook to lock it in. Happy to share the photo or a clean version if anyone wants it Let's learn and build together.

Yes @Felipe Checa , I’ve noticed that small tweaks in context-setting make a big difference. Things like clearly stating the role of the AI (“You are a business analyst” or “You are a sales assistant”) and defining output format upfront (e.g., bullet points, markdown, JSON) tend to improve both accuracy and consistency. When it comes to balancing creativity and precision, I try to: - Start with a precise structure to anchor the response - Then add creative context or tone instructions (e.g. “use a friendly and confident tone”) This way, the output is still useful for real tasks but doesn’t sound robotic. It's all about testing and refining — one prompt rarely works for all cases.
Building Digital Wealth: My Mission, My Story
Hey everyone! I’m Mahad – joining you all the way from Sydney, Australia! I’m currently on a mission to build financial freedom, master AI and data, and become a successful entrepreneur. I come from a background in building management and security, and now I’m diving deep into the world of digital business, automation, and high-income skills. This community and course are part of my journey. I’ve gone through a lot of trial and error, and I created this space to share everything I’m learning – so others don’t have to start from scratch like I did. The videos in the course are practical and straight to the point – no fluff, just real steps you can take to grow your online presence and income. Take a moment to go through the course modules. I’d love for you to drop a comment, ask questions, or share your progress – let’s grow together. Much love from Sydney! – Mahad Ahmed

@Felipe Checa Thank you so much for the kind words – really means a lot! 🙏 Honestly, this journey has been full of trial and error. One big lesson I’ve learned is progress beats perfection – just starting and improving along the way matters more than waiting to “know it all.” Tools like ChatGPT, Zapier, Make (Integromat), and Notion AI have helped me automate repetitive tasks, create content faster, and stay organized. I’m also exploring AutoGPT and agent-based tools that simulate human workflows. I truly believe AI is shifting the game – it's making it easier for individuals to scale impact, start lean businesses, and offer high-income services like automation consulting, content generation, and data analysis. Would love to hear about your journey too! What tools or projects have been game-changers for you?

@Felipe Checa Thanks so much — appreciate your words! I’m right there with you — still learning every day and trying to apply as I go. Kaggle is a great choice, especially to get hands-on with real data. My biggest advice: Don’t wait to be “ready” — start building small, messy, and real. The more you experiment (even if things break), the faster you’ll understand how AI tools fit into actual workflows or business needs. Communities like this one have been gold for me too — let’s keep pushing and helping each other grow. Let me know what you’re currently building or exploring!

🔥 Quick Question for Agency Owners & AI Builders:
What’s been your biggest “aha” moment since combining AI + automation in your agency? For me, it was realizing that 90% of the tasks I thought needed a human touch could actually be systemized or outsourced to AI – from lead gen, onboarding, content, to follow-ups. I’ve been deep diving into: - Automated client onboarding flows - AI-generated content + social proof systems - Sales outreach with AI-enhanced personalization - Building faceless systems that scale Would love to hear what specific tools, stacks, or frameworks have moved the needle for you. Any workflows you’d never go back to doing manually? Let’s exchange ideas that are actually working right now in 2025 💡👇

GenAI Projects Requirements Document Template
Any recommendations or access to GenAI Projects Requirements Document Templates in this community? I get requests at work from business stakeholders that don't fully understand the capabilities or limitations of LLMs, so I get vague asks. I try to get them to itemize their requirements in detail and draw up mockups. However, I get a lot of "we want to see edge cases." Also, related to this, is what I'm missing knowledge in GenAI Product Management? Open to recommendations on how to get better at this. Thanks all!

@Kien Hua That sounds great! I’m also working on reusable GenAI frameworks to help teams move faster. Would love to swap ideas on what’s working for training and adoption—especially around prompts and real use cases. Let’s definitely share notes!
