My goals this camp are: - Push myself with strength training - continue to go up in weight so that I’m maxing out my reps. - Work on hip mobility exercises, stretching and rest (including the sauna). I know I’m not going to get better without stretching and rest. - Try to include a long walk into my weekly routine. - Limiting screen time before bed.
