What is everybody's week 2 goals? Anything specific? i'm starting to set weekly goals and trying to improve on them as the weeks go. 1. Better tracking & monitoring my portion control. 2. Increase my 2-a-day work out to at least 3. 3. Increase cardio, want to run a mile after class at. least twice, but more if I can 4. Want to post more progress, to help me hold myself more accountable
Stick with my meal prepping and taking it one day at a time. Not diving to deep into the final destination yet because we still got work to do! My mission this week is to stay in the purpose! I’ve mastered the non drinking minds but this week I’m fully loaded on minimum intake on smoke because of the munchies
As we lead ourselves into Week 2 I want to say that I am proud of you all for making it through week 1! The gym has been HOT the training has been somewhat challenging but you all stuck it out through it all! Remember, move at a pace you can finish at and eventually push yourself to go for more. We signed up for a reason and everyday we have to keep that reason on our mental! We’re not in this for nothing we came to camp for a transformation and it’s going to take time! If you don’t have your meal plans together for this week you are already behind! If you pigged out on a shit ton of carbs yesterday you should prolly be outside running or being active today!
