Training non-technical teams technical concepts
An update: my skills are being put to good use, as expected. In a Monday meeting, I'll try to train some field marketers on how to demo an MCP to customers. The tricky part is: there's a bit of technical upstream setup (node.js, apikey, MCP, Project instructions) before they can get up and running. And they're not technical experts. So I'm working on a guide for them using a video and reusable assets for the enablement team. I'll report back next week! 🤞

Discord Group!
Hello Everyone, My name is Aaron, I am just a guy who is trying to learn more about technology as a whole and for now AI as my particular preference. I have been building PCs for 25 plus years, I have no formal education in technology per say, all just pure passion and love for the game. I have done networking infrastructure for million dollar homes, I have built PCs for friends and family as well as for work, I worked for Apple for almost 5 yrs. I honestly just wanted to learn how to do all this because I love learning and dont want to rely on anyone to do it for me. I have 4 kids, 24yr son and 18, 15, 7 yr old Daughters. I have been married for 18 years to my best friend and couldnt be more happier. I live in Hawaii but I work the NY Open exchange hours. So I am currently up at 2am every day till about 7pm. Last but not least I served in the Marine Corps for 8 years from 2003-2011 in a Infantry Battalion. So now you know a little bit about me. Oh, I also run a few youtube channels and I help run a few streams as well. So I am sure some of you have seen me talk in many discussions here started, only because I am just so happy to learn and gain knowledge from all you wonderful individuals. Yes I know I respond a lot but I am genuinely curious about many things related to this groups discussions on AI. Beyond that I am here to give you some good news. I had a great call with @Jake Van Clief today for about 30 mins, he is a just as caring as he is here in chat as he is on the phone. We talked many things, as some of you know we both are Marines and that of course is our bond! He has so many cool things coming for all of you, I cant even begin to tell you how excited I am for all of you here. You will learn so much here and its going to be an amazing ride. He believes so much in bringing value to this group not just in words but by showing you how to do things that I think are being gate kept but people in this AI world. Moving forward we will have a Discord group for our premium and VIP members to be able to directly communicate with each other via voice calls and share their ideas. This will also be a place where those members can share their workflows and possibly get an evaluation from Jake or one of the other team members who has experience in that field. Jake will specifically do 2 a month he said, how awesome is that!?

Ready to join, Discord is familiar for a lot of us!
We're thinking about doing something big. Want your input!
Alright, I need to run something by you all. Jake and I have been talking about building something bigger. Not just more content. Something structured. Something with real accountability. Something for anyone who wants to actually build with AI, whether you joined this community yesterday or you've been here from the start. Here's what we're considering: The Lyceum — the original Lyceum was started in ancient Greece and known as the first school of Aristotle. Ours is a 12-week program with live instruction from Jake and other AI instructors from Eduba. Small cohorts. Real projects. You'd be building something from week one, not just watching tutorials. We're thinking three different tracks: - Technical — for developers, engineers, people building tools and systems - Business — for ops people, managers, founders, consultants who need to direct AI work without necessarily writing code - Creator — for content creators, marketers, educators, solo operators building their own production systems Same core methodology across all three. Different emphasis based on what you're actually trying to do. And here's where it gets interesting. We're thinking about making it a competition. A grand champion who gets a $100K build from Eduba. First, second, third place for each cohort. Demo day at the end where people present what they built. We'd also be issuing Eduba's first-ever certification. Something backed by the same methodology we've used to train Fortune 500 teams. This is still in the planning phase. We haven't finalized everything yet. But before we lock it in, I want to hear from you. Does this sound like something you'd actually want? Drop a comment. Tell me what excites you. Tell me what concerns you. Ask questions. If there's something you'd want to see included, let me know. More details coming soon! Eduba Case Studies: https://services.eduba.io/#cases

I'm getting quality practice in documentation for repeatable templates, training resources, and building on my GTM/product marketing playbooks. This is up my alley
TOP 100 THANKYOU EVERYONE
From a brand new community to top 100 in under 10 Days and this is all possible because of you It just goes to show when you get like minded people, bring in value like no one else and actually TALK to your community instead of automating it you can grow and build anything, If this is what we can do in a week lets see what we can do in a year together! Thank you so much everyone

Practical use cases? In my freemium community?!
Tell me what you want me to build you.
I had an idea. I want you all to comment A traditional workflow that you have right now. Like some sort of set of tasks that your industry does or what you're trying to do. I'm going to see how fast I can build some sort of prototype or solution that automates part of it in your industry or pain points and I'm just going to make a mass video that shows all of them for everyone who comments and this. Whatever I build if you want it DM me and I'll send you something. If you don't comment in this, I'm not building it But let's see what we can do. Everyone comment what you want me to build below or more importantly what you do and what your industry is

@Tu Tuaiti thanks, I've had so much fun building it that I've already built another guide for my internal team!

Pain point: downloads folder cleanup. How do you do it? Idea: has anyone used CV (computer vision) on image modeling for dynamic videos before? It would be really cool to set up a beginner workflow for a set of commands in a table. Most of us have that technology and it would be fun to prototype as a weekend project.
