Site reaction short-term + long-term solutions
I think you covered this at some point... injection site reactions, mostly happening from B12 being reconstituted with it (I've also heard of B6 reactions). What else can someone do beside an OTC anti-histamine cream? @Curtis Gillespie Sayers And I have a person with glutithone reactions. What can they do in the short-term and long-term/overall health?

Have they tried letting it sit out for 30 minutes? Glutathione always gets me

@Curtis Gillespie Sayers definitely IM. And that should solve the reaction problem
Case Study: A Phased, Multi-System Recovery in a 50-Year-Old Female Client
Hey everyone, I’d like to share a recent client transformation as a case study, so you can see the steps we took. I want to point out that everyone is unique. This program was designed just for this client, based on her needs, how she responded at each stage, and the results of specific tests. I’m sharing this to show how we adjust and sequence interventions over time, not as a plan to follow exactly. Client Snapshot * Age and sex: 50-year-old female * Start date: Mid-December * Presenting picture: Bloodwork suggested an elevated viral load, along with low energy and persistently low motivation. Phase 1: Foundational Antiviral, Immune, and Detox Support Since her bloodwork showed a higher viral load, we started by supporting her immune system and helping her body’s detox and drainage pathways: * Phospholipids * B vitamins * Fisetin * Spermidine * Higher-dose vitamin C * Injectable glutathione * Livagen * NAC (N-acetylcysteine) * Milk thistle * TUDCA * Magnesium L-threonate * Electrolytes and minerals * Andrographis After about a week, since she responded well, we added two more bioregulator peptides: * Pinealon * Vesugen Her energy and motivation improved, and her sleep got a bit better too. Phase 2: Addressing Constipation (Antimicrobial Shift) As we continued, constipation became more of a problem. We switched to a more antimicrobial approach and added support for gut motility: * GI Microb-X (Designs for Health) * Motility Pro (Integrative Therapeutics), a natural motility aid We continued this for three weeks, and after that, constipation was resolved. Phase 3: Tissue Repair and Cellular Senescence Protocol Next, we focused on repairing tissue and clearing out senescent, or aged, cells: * BPC-157 and TB-500 at a higher dose for one week * A senescence (senolytic) protocol using FOXO4-DRI She had a stronger reaction during the senolytic phase, which can happen as the body clears out cellular debris and toxins. To help with this, we added homeopathic drainage remedies (UNDA). After that, her response improved, and both her sleep and mood kept getting better.

Impressive
Thank you Curtis!
Hey everyone. I’m going in for heart surgery soon, and I’ll be honest, I’m feeling all the feels right now. Nervous, emotional, the whole mix. But one thing keeping me grounded is knowing I’ve got Curtis just a message away if I need anything at all. That reassurance and gratefulness is honestly just hard to put into words. So I want to do something with all this gratitude I’m feeling. Here’s my ask: can we flood this thread with the things Curtis has helped us with or taught us since we joined this group? Big wins, small lightbulb moments, that one piece of advice that stuck. Drop it below. I want Curtis to scroll through this and see, in black and white, just how much of a difference he’s made for every single one of us. He shows up for us constantly, and I think it’s time we show up for him. I’ll drop mine in the comments!

New user!
I received my peptides! And I went to a vocal compounding pharmacy to get the bac water. This is what I received: KPV 10MG, GHK-CU 100mg, WOLVERINE STACK (BPC-157/ 30MG + TB-500/30 MG) — 60 MG, Retatrutide 20mg

@Shannon Smith actually- you need to look at the marks in between. Often times a 100 IU syringe moves in increments of 2. If the marks are labeled in 10s what are the smaller marks? Are ther 10? Or only 5?
