Nature gives me a reset
Living with PD has made me more aware of how much my body responds to my surroundings. One thing I’ve really come to appreciate is spending quiet time in nature. Walking among the trees, feeling the breeze, listening to the birds, or simply sitting outside gives me a different kind of calm. I can’t say nature changes my PD itself, but I do notice that I feel more relaxed and less tense afterward. Sometimes I think our bodies just need a break from all the noise. For those living with PD, does spending time outdoors help you feel calmer or more at ease?
Simple habits can make a big difference
I used to think I needed to try every new wellness trend to feel better, but I’m starting to realize that keeping things simple may be more helpful. For me, taking a few quiet minutes to breathe, stepping away from my phone, getting some movement, and having time to reflect can really help when the day feels overwhelming. I’m still learning what works best for me, but one thing I’ve noticed is that consistency matters more than trying something new every week. Sometimes, we don’t need more things to add to our routine. We just need to slow down and give ourselves a chance to reset. What simple habit helps you feel more grounded each day?

Habits are formed little by little. My wife influences me to cultivate daily affirmations to improve my health, like telling myself, that I am active, alive, energetic, wealthy, and rich. I felt awkward repeating the affirmations, until it became a daily habit that really is helpful to me.
A Little Reminder for Everyone
Let’s always remember that everyone should feel welcome, valued, and at home in this community. We may have different experiences and goals, but we are all here to learn, grow, and encourage one another. Start each day with positive affirmations. Remind yourself: ✨ I am capable of reaching my goals. ✨ I believe in myself and my journey. ✨ I choose positivity today. ✨ I am making progress, one step at a time. ✨ I deserve good things in life. Sometimes, a few encouraging words can change the direction of our entire day. Keep believing, keep moving forward, and let’s continue lifting each other up.

Finding My Own Peace & Harmony
Lately, I’ve been thinking about how life can feel a little chaotic even when nothing is necessarily going wrong. There can be so many things happening at once, especially on my health condition, and things we simply can’t control. Sometimes it feels like you’re trying to keep everything together while also trying to keep yourself grounded. I’ve been asking myself lately: What part of my life feels the most chaotic right now, and what would it take for me to find a little more harmony within it? Maybe harmony doesn’t mean fixing everything. Maybe it means learning what deserves my energy, what I need to let go of, and where I need to slow down and give myself some space. I’m realizing that peace doesn’t always come from having a perfectly organized life. Sometimes it comes from finding your own balance in the middle of the mess.
PADMA Dimension
Sharing something close to my heart with this community. For a long time I searched for a practice that did more than quiet the mind. Something that could hold space for what we actually carry, it was the journey of plant medicine that really helped me to heal and transform. I was searching myself and healing the inner child. For 10 years experiencing and journeys with different modalities of plant medicine for healing and transformation. From different voices and downloads from my spirit team and connecting to my higher self I remembered what I needed to explore and build on this Earth plane which was around healing and transformation using cutting-edge technology and ancient wisdom (bridging the gap between spirituality and science). That search lead me to PADMA Dimension, an immersive and full sensory experience for deep inner work. The current MVP will weave a personalised soundscape with intention, built for those of us drawn to real inner transformation rather than quick fixes. Even though I have a lot to do as it’s just me, building this intelligent, ethical, safeguarded with a strong foundation, if it resonates, I’d love for you to visit, listen to the sample (it’s not entirely my soundscape vision - but requires further research), and add your details to the waitlist on my website: www.padmadimension.com I am truly blessed to be part of this amazing community and remember we’re all here to serve a purpose to help humanity on this new earth. With gratitude Rudra (Himat Varsani)
