I found a cheat code for better sleep. 🔥👀
After tracking my sleep for months, I noticed a pattern that surprised me every single time. On the nights I spend a few minutes doing breathing exercises before bed, my sleep quality and recovery scores jump. On the nights I don't... well, let's just say it could be better. 😅 It's amazing how something we do every second of every day can have such a big impact when we finally pay attention to it. Have you ever tried breathwork before sleep?

Every night, I do coherent breathing with long slow exhales towards the end, no breath holds. I try and use my nose when it wants to allow for easy air flow.what do you use?

Hey you beautiful breathing people, I am looking to shadow or assist anyone in or near the north county San Diego area. What is your daily breathing ritual??
I'm Curious how others implement breathwork into their days..🤔 Do you have any morning or evening ritual or sessions? Here is my daily breathing schedule: • Wake up -> Yoga -> Energizing Breathwork session - This is my main priority before I start any other tasks or grab my phone • Mid to late afternoon -> Manifestation/Gratitute session - Visualize my goals accompanied with a feeling of gratitude • Closing the day before bed -> Journaling -> Yoga -> Calmin Breathwork Session - Calming down the nervous system This schedule changed my life radically from feeling almost chronically tired at times to feeling motivated, inspired, vibrant and grateful🙏 Please tell me about yours🙂

I’m truly thrilled to be so engaged with the information. Alignment assignment. The most important thing I have found so far in terms of retention is following the recommendations to pace it out and really let it sink in and let the body adjust with the information. Anyway breathe on yall!
