Howdy
Been in the curative space a couple years And I focus on the data and research side. If anyone needs help with getting data, deciphering it, prioritizing, abstracting, deep prospecting, etc. I’m glad to offer some direction. Lived in TX most of my life And started there, I’m familiar with the statutes and laws, but now I’ve expanded coast to coast and work with various operators.

Identity Statement Technology
Hey CI Fam! Our journey in business grows hand-in-hand with our personal transformation. We're humbled to share the Identity Statement Tech with you as you take a quantum leap in your evolution! Here are some best practices for this tech: 1. Speak your affirmations as if you’re auditioning for a 10 million dollar movie role. 2. Print out multiple copies and put them on your bathroom mirror, nightstand, work desk, refrigerator, car dashboard, etc. 3. Say your affirmations first thing in the morning, as soon as you wake up, and right before you go to sleep at night. Your mind is highly suggestible during these times. 4. If you're challenged with a particular left-hand line, "lean on" the opposite right-hand affirmation. 5. Take a line within your Identity Statement that you want to focus on, and place it at the top of your statement, and "Lean on it"! You can repeat it like a mantra throughout the day. 6. If you find yourself struggling with a certain negative mental self-talk, limiting belief, or fear, immediately write it down on the left-hand side. Complete the exercise by writing the positive version on the right-hand side. Include this new line into your ID! 7. Begin your ID with "I am ____________ and who I am is...." and end it with "This is who I am because That is who I've consciously created and chosen to Be." 8. Journal your insights and realizations as this new ID permeates your subconscious and starts to reprogram your psyche. Watch the magic happen from Day 1 to Day 30! 9. Track your progress! Find a big print calendar and draw a smiley face on each day you've successfuly read your ID. Celebrate when you've accomplished 30 consecutive days! 10. Share your affirmations with another person, ideally, every day for 30 days straight. This person should 'keep it real' and let you know if you're not reading with belief! Week 3: Death Indicators + County Search
VIP Members: If you missed the call here is the summary and the link to the call 👉 #Week 3: The Death Indications The core training focused on how to spot death when it's NOT obvious. @Christina Sanchez walked through a live case study on a property in Harris County we purchased. She showed her exact workflow: tax office first (verify arrears), then CAD (ownership history), then land records (find the vesting deed and check for liens), then the district clerk docket (read the tax lawsuit from bottom to top), then probate records. Christina also did a live Ancestry session helping Estefania track down two missing daughters of a living owner — demonstrating the "All Collections" search method, the importance of maiden names, and how True People Search can identify possible relatives before you even open Ancestry. Bottom line: Focus on research mastery. Don't rush to make calls. Build your queue of well-researched leads. The sales training is coming — right now, become a research expert. P.S.
