Connection is a Super Power
I didn't sleep well last night. I rolled out of bed and engaged with the doubt arising in my mind - "Do I really want to show up for this Zenpreneurs Call so early in the morning?" I took a deep breath to center myself. I connected with my true self - that part that is here to serve. Instantly, I received the willingness to invest this time and energy into myself, into being coached as a conscious entrepreneur. I came into the call with a handful of scattered ideas. Through Mario's expertise, I was guided to connecting with a strategy on how to proceed. I left the meeting with clarity of the next step. One of the greatest gifts that we can give to another person is our undivided attention. Thank you @Mario Lanzarotti for your presents. You know what - I'll share it here for accountability. In the next 30 days I will complete 30 coaching sessions for the purpose of market research - to further define who I want to coach.

@Shivam Jha Gratitude in, gratitude out. What's better than service?
My first coaching call 🙌
Thank you @Mario Lanzarotti for hosting this call and everyone who attended it, I was genuinely surprised by how good it was, I've probably never been to like a real coaching call and Im blown away, sometimes it's super helpful to just ask a question and get a direct feedback and answer to it, courses cant provide this. I was pretty lost getting on the call trying to figure out what direction should I go, I just left a business I was building in the last 8 months and invested a lot of money in. And now I was here trying to make a decision, should I sharpen my axe or use my axe and get into the arena? I told my story to Mario and he explained me a lot of interesting concepts one was this quote from the book Alchemist: "When you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it" and the opposite is also true "When you don't want something, all the universe conspires in sabotaging you to achieve it" I tried out countless businesses in the last couple of years and there is one I keep coming back to which is youtube and building a personal brand, I go out build a lead gen agency for 8 months get slapped in the face and now Im back in building my youtube channel, somehow I always get back to it. Probably the only thing that was stopping me from going all in was fear of failure, I think when we are not that interested in something we are much more okay to fail, however when the stakes are high and the stuff actually matters we want to avoid to do the thing. Its a really interesting thing, wanting something so bad you actually don't do it. But I guess the first lesson is just realising that the fear of failure is there and taking action anyway also a homework I got from the call is to look at other life areas where I could also lie to myself about what I actually want, this will be something I will be exploring in the next few days and also probably I will read the book Alchemist Ty for the call

The Alchemist is one of those books that I re-read every couple of years. It's like a mirror, reflecting something new every time I dive into it. Read it sooner rather than later. Highly Recommended 📖
The #1 Metric for Gaining Leverage
My #1 goal is gaining more leverage. So the #1 metric I focus on is over delivering. Always going the extra mile… Bridging out of my main tasks… Aligning my goals with the companies goals. And I don’t mean to pat myself on the back… But, in most companies there’s already too many people half- assing their roles. Their efforts go to figuring out how to NOT work while still getting paid. So when you go out of your way even by a margin. There’s no competition. You stand out. You get trusted with solving more problems… Until you become irreplaceable. And that’s how you gain more leverage in the company… That’s how you gain control over the amount of money you can make. What are your thoughts on this? and go 👇👇

"Leverage" is definitely one of the industry's current buzzwords, but how do you define leverage for yourself? It seems like your strategy for gaining leverage is to work harder ("going the extra mile"), and adopt new goals ("aligning your goals with the company's goals") to become ultra productive in your role. I think the success of this plan depends on how closely your true values align with the goals of the company. Your plan is based on deriving value from within the company, rather than prioritizing who you are beyond it.
