Guys, as you may know, I am always trying to come up with ideas to run competitions - And I think I may have mentioned this before.? So what i am thinking, is every Sunday, we all pick the winner of the best post for the week - or maybe to keep things easier, maybe the post that has had the most comments and likes ? (Wins) Because a post with the most comments/likes means it has helped the community ? This also encourages the group to write more valuable posts - which again helps everyone in the community. Also, this take the pressure of me 😃 I do not feel guilty when I have picked a winner - This way, the whole community can see who has won.
