Haven't looped in a while
Wanted to practice my timing and play something live without any overdubs, and what’s better for that than a looper pedal? 😁 If your timing is bad, the looper will expose you instantly. How do you usually practice timing and rhythm?

I was thinking when I clicked this it was gonna be some vamps or something. When I first joined this sub Christian taught me that metronome drill starting with wholes and eventually ending on 16ths. I got real creative with that for a minute and it definitely helped, but I never kept up with it.

@Nikola Gugoski If only they knew how hard it was to make it look easy...
Clementine by Elliott Smith šŸŽø
Absolutely loved this song since the day i heard it. And it's a lot of fun to play on the guitar as well. Hope this inspires you to learn something new this weekend :)

Were the vocal melody lines always on the song? Or are you venturing into classical?
On repeat šŸ”
Been a fan of Arcade Fire for a long time now. Here's a song they released a few years ago i've been listening to during breakfast these days šŸŽ What have you been listening to these days? https://youtu.be/qJiALpiqpk8?si=eRnoEBBsu-NKZjwu

Let's start the day on a good note. A blues note that is šŸŽø
Here's a classic hill country blues song by R.L. Burnside. One of the best blues performances i've ever seen. And it's litterally in the guy's backyard 🌳 https://youtu.be/K_DOnKJ232M?si=LCdEDd7TkUEw2eSW

I wonder what kinda guitar that is. The pickups look so odd. It looks almost homemade.
Favorite songs with unique techniquess
Sorry for the sloppy title, I couldn't think of a more succinct way to phrase it. But I've been in the mindset lately to expand the way I think about the guitar and take full advantage of it's uniquely sonic versatility. What are your favorite songs that utilize techniques that aren't just picking and fretting techniques per se. What comes to my mind immediately are the following; The opening violin swells from QOTSAs Regular John. The solos from There There and Go to Sleep by Radiohead. Coliseum by Van Halen. I'm sure if I gave myself more time I could have a better list, but I just wanted to get this thought out there and see what else is out there.
