We are located in Boca Raton, FL and we do everything from flooring to complete remodels. We do a lot of work for our local Servpro (Qualinet for Canuks). They tear down wet, moldy drywall, cabinets, baseboards/trims ad we rebuild (new kitchens, bathrooms...). For 2025, we are for the first time in 15 years, promoting our business online (focus on flooring) with Facebook ads campaigns.

@Jay Carter Hey Jay! The plan this year is 2 fold. First one...is to re-balance the company's revenues where the rebuilds from remediation (flood, mold, fire...) represents around 25% of our business. The ratio right now is too high. Second one is increase sales to put management in place (train them, show them the ropes) so I can prepare to take myself out of the equation. Selling/retiring or leave management run operations and get passive income in the next 4-5 years would be very nice! Right now, operations rely too much on myself!
