What area of fitness are you best in?
Do you guys know a lot about anything specific in fitness? Could be running, weightlifting, swimming, soccer, eating, psychology, anything. Just relate it to fitness. Iโ€™d like to know what all of your strengths are. You all have strengths so I should see some good responses!
