Did you meditate today?
I see meditation as a way to download information from the universe. It feels like charging myself with insight and clarity, the kind of information I need to keep evolving spiritually. After meditating, I always feel refreshed. My mind feels clearer, my energy feels steadier, and the rest of the day carries a calmer, more purposeful rhythm. Meditation helps me return to myself before the world asks for my attention.

@Rachel Mobley yeeea my 2 brothers and I had to experience hell in our adult lives just because of how we were brought up, we all ended up in drugs and unfortunately lost my younger brother to drugs 3 years ago. It was extremely upsetting to think about it for many years but I've healed since and now I just accept that that's how things had to happen

@Rachel Mobley Thank you, Rachel. As sad as it sounds I think they're just lessons after all, when we can let go completely there is no suffering and I think that's the ultimate goal, love without attachment. I really hope your siblings can heal, sending energy their way

If so what’s the impact of them on you? 🧠🧠🧠🧠🧠🧠🧠🧠🧠 Our brains are intertwined with nature. They tell us what we need to repair, to heal and to prepare for future life. Our bodies are the blueprint for where to apply healing, whether it’s through nutrition, nature, or positivity. Our intuition is the compass for knowledge and trusting our selves. Aka our gut. The neurological pathways are linked. Sunday is the day of rest. Giving you chance to slow down, regenerate and recover from the hustle culture we live in. Take time to rest today. Initially thought I’d had a lot more time today to write this post and as I’m just now sitting, reflecting on the day, I’m realizing how I’ve been taking a lot more time for myself. A moment I’m actually proud to admit. As much as I know one of my many gifts is showing up for others, it’s important that we fill our cup too. What did you do today to show up for yourself ?

It is nice to hear you're taking time for yourself, knowing that the goal is to help others your cup definitely has to be full first. I was feeling a bit overwhelmed with things on the to do list but I decided to take a step back and sit for an hour to find peace in the present, helped a lot
