Client Communication Preference Link
Hello, I received a communications preference link from a doctors office the other day. I thought it was excellent. I am wondering if there is anything like it for financial advisors and if there is one that integrates with Redtail. It would be appreciated if someone here is using one, and can share it. Looking for VoIP Provider Recommendations
Happy Monday!! We're reevaluating our current VoIP provider (Vonage) and would love to hear what others are using. Looking for something reliable, good call quality, easy to manage. Would appreciate any feedback on what’s worked (or hasn’t) for your firm. Thank you!

Using Intulse with much success. It integrates with both Redtail and GReminders.

Client scheduling software
We are kicking around a client scheduling software. Who do you use and does it integrate easily with RedTail/Wealthbox? Who should we steer clear of?

GReminders is excellent. No delay when a client schedule, no issues with double booking. Books directly onto Redtail, no need for. zapier. Their team will help with setup. I moved from ScheduleOnce and it’s been a very good experience.

Email Syncing and backup
For those using Redtail as the CRM are you using the integrated email that will backup and store your email. (for compliance purposes). How do you like it? Does it slow your email down? How does it integrate with Redtail? Can you email from your email, and will it automatically add a note to Redtail? What other email solutions are you all using?

Hello Jennifer, I am using Redtail (RT) for all of the above and it’s been an excellent backup to Smarsh. No slowing down of my email, I’m looking at my RT Notes as I type and emails do not show as a note on mine. There is a link for email history which I use regularly. There is an email history for my calendar emails (GReminders) and phone calls (Intulse). Email through RT has been one of the better features. There are times their server is very slow, that has been less and less for me over the last six months.
