Can we provide loans for residential real estate investing as well or is it commercial only?

What do I do if I have potential clients now? As a hard money lender I have a couple people I am talking to who say they have good credit but no money for down payment. I don't want to say I can not help, nor do I wan to say wait. What should I do?
