Higher interest rates possible Helps build credit history Limited lender pool Opens financial doors (biz, home) More paperwork required Often community-focused lenders May need co-signer or collateral Hopefully those looking for ITEN lenders this helps but understand that this is basic info on ITEN lenders. I like TD Bank because they have a cash secured credit card that you can apply for with just the ITEN. This is huge because most people with an ITEN need to build up credit.
