Question
So how do you all handle the carriers that only have a company under a year, but the have decades of exp. ? "like cdl A for 10 years and just started their company.

They will have to season their MC or lease onto someone while paying their insurance for theirs and the lease on MC. They will be paying double insurance as their MC is seasoning then they can start to book loads.

Frustration
Gone thru all the truck Ai tutorials. Set everything up, tested everything. I come back to it a few days later and its all gone. nothing stuck. I saved the progress and its all just gone. what the heck, did i miss a step or is something else happening, getting very frustrated

Good evening, I have a potential carrier! He has a 26 foot box truck but he does not have an LLC. Should he get one so I can find him more loads or would he be ok without it? I am still going through the course but I would love to have a mentor. If you're open to it please let me know. 😉

He does not need an LLC can operate as a Sole Proprietor. Sign him up!

Yes, that is why I aligned myself with a MC and we do Leas On. So I only work for 1 MC and have multiple carriers with NEW MC's. Lots of these new MC Holders will never open their own business. They would rather lease on instead. I am the dedicated dispatcher for all who lease on.

2nd lesson question!
I understand stand the shipper and broker then dispatcher and carrier. Can a dispatcher bypass a broker and go directly to the shipper for loads?

No, only if you come at them with the Carrier's MC. Otherwise you are acting like a broker. You can not receive any $ from the broker directly, it has to come from the carrier.
