@Gurpreet Gill @Dispatcher University I have a question about handling carrier paperwork through Highway. You mentioned that dispatchers can complete paperwork on behalf of their carriers, but Highway has told us that dispatchers cannot access or complete the carrier information sheet for them. We tried filling out the paperwork and leaving the signature fields for the carrier, but they encountered issues signing under their own name. Since then, we’ve had carriers complete the paperwork themselves. We want to make sure we’re providing this service as part of the value we offer without running into these issues. How have you handled this in your experience? Is there a way for us to complete the paperwork on behalf of our carriers while allowing them to sign properly?

How do you guys deal with carriers who work with multiple dispatchers at a time?

Hey do you guys have exclusive or non-exclusive contracts with your carriers? If you're contract is non-exclusive do you officially terminate it if the carrier relationship is no longer profitable ? or there is no need to terminate it and it just fades since the contract wasnt exclusive to begin with?

Carrier is asking if instead of me sending paperwork to factoring he sends it to factoring company, they pay him then carrier pay us after we send him invoice once a week . Is this safe? @Dispatcher University
