I got my first carrier!! 3 box trucks and a hotshot! I'm sooooo hype rn! God is so good! Let's get it!! 💯💪🏽🫡

Good evening, I have a potential carrier! He has a 26 foot box truck but he does not have an LLC. Should he get one so I can find him more loads or would he be ok without it? I am still going through the course but I would love to have a mentor. If you're open to it please let me know. 😉

Hi everyone, my name is Michael. I live in the EU, and I am a full-time Truck Dispatcher. Working remotely for the past 9 years, focusing mainly on a 53ft DryVans. I am not planning to increase my earnings anytime soon; I am ok with $9.000+ a month (for now 😁). I am a huge believer in "You learn till you die". I am always seeking ways to improve myself and my skills. What I am looking to get from this community is: 1) Better Dispatch skills regarding Dry Vans 2) To learn more about the Step Deck and Flatbed Dispatch I would highly appreciate any advice, tweaks, area suggestions... to help me improve my overall performance and achieve better results for my carrier. Update: I collected my first carrier today. A friend that owns a box truck company with three trucks. Some context: I had to cancel my subscription to the paid portion of Dispatcher University, not because the system does not work but because I can not afford it at the moment. To those that don't know, I was taken advantage of in late 2025 as a lease on owner operator. It left my business near bankruptcy. I transitioned into dispatch because of it. I'm grateful to God I was able to use my contacts in the industry to scale the biggest hurdle to dispatchers, finding carriers. Otherwise I would have to spend lots of money in advertising to let carriers know my company exists. Then afterwards I would have to convince them to work with me. My industry connections helped me bypass that expense and roadblock. Grateful to @Gurpreet Gill for his teaching and expertise that gave me knowledge and tools to help my friends run their businesses more efficiently. I'm encouraged and excited about the future. Once my company returns to the black, I'll return with an update. Thanks to everyone I've met in this community and to all the encouraging words and advice. I can't wait to come back with more good news.
