navigating hateful attitudes re: AI
Has anyone else received backlash/hate via social media (or friends/family) for being interested in or using AI? Today, an internet rando commented on my Instagram artist/business page under a post where I had used AI-generated images. I won't repeat their comment, but let's just say it wasn't friendly and painted me as uneducated-artist-hating-jerk. Ironic since I'm an artist & it's my art biz...but I digress.🤔 💡Any tips to navigating anti-AI hate? Sorry if this doesn't fit in the "Help" category but thought this community could have thoughts or words of support for me on this one. 😭

@Shelby Wentz totally relate to your post, when I talk about the fact that I want to change my career to an AI field, I have a lot of different comments. I think that people that don't understand AI are afraid of it.

@Huw Olive thanks !
Cool tool that minimises the need to scrape
Scraping data to train models can be a bit annoying and time consuming, but is always a great way to get lots of good data (provided you follow the respective license for the data) This tool (almost) removes the need to write your own scrapers https://jina.ai/reader/#demo Give it a try in your browser

Version Conflict During Pydantic & Instructor Installation
Hi everyone, I'm encountering a version conflict while trying to install pydantic and instructor for my project. Here's the issue: - Installing pydantic results in the error: "anaconda-cloud-auth 0.1.4 requires pydantic<2.0, but you have pydantic 2.7.1 which is incompatible." - Downgrading pydantic to satisfy the above error leads to a new error during instructor installation: "instructor 1.2.6 requires pydantic<3.0.0,>=2.7.0, but you have pydantic 1.9.0 which is incompatible." Has anyone else faced this kind of version conflict with pydantic and instructor? Any suggestions on how to resolve it would be greatly appreciated!

OpenAI Spring Update (GPT-4o)
OpenAI just introduced GPT-4o and more tools to ChatGPT free users. Check out the video below for a recap of the stream, and find more info on the blog here. The demonstration is really impressive if you ask me! What's your favorite part about these new features in the OpenAI ecosystem?
