@Tim Collins never buy a stock on emotion or drastic change. Fundamentals and the CANSLIM approach. There's a difference between moronic traders and long term investors. IE; Any oil company. . . Do you think they care what the price of oil is day-to-day? No, they are looking decades and centuries; and they making long term moves to reach those goals. Do you think any of these music companies will be here in a couple decades or a century? Moreover be profitable and pay dividends? I think not. I personally would never risk more than 20% of total portfolio day-trading max at any give time with a 8% stop-gap sell orders. So, $100 trade hits $92 it sells automatically, I take the $8 as a write off loss, and the $92 is invested in my cheapest S&P stock held in reserve for another possible highly speculative trade. I never lose because I buy long term winners and never panic sell, ever. When the market dips, I time buy-in the dips. Write off loses and fees in not tax protected personal trade accounts. Trading in a trust and a 401k, and others is tax free. I'll buy music gear, it's an expense which I can now write 100% off my taxes. All of my music gear and education I have written off against income. And are now assets. It is after all, the music business. I have no desire to lose money on these terribly run music company's stocks. That's for stupid people and gamblers...

Do you align tracks to one groove template?
Last month I focused deeply on rhythm programming and groove. One thing that really stood out to me was learning not only how to create groove from scratch, but also how to extract groove from an audio file and turn it into a groove template that can be applied to any track. Then I watched Produce-A-Ton and didn’t find any discussion about the groove templates or aligning all instruments to one groove. It looked liked something not really important. But I’m curious about your workflow: How often do you actually apply groove templates to your tracks? Is it something you use regularly, occasionally for certain genres, or almost never? And when you do use groove, do you prefer creating your own feel or extracting it from existing audio?

Only works if you have the same tempo through the entire track. If the tempo changes signature or swings, like in Jazz track, it will not work. I hate to say it all depends, but it does. . .
Midi in Reaper
Insert virtual instrument onto new track is not working since I have an altered setup. I think it may be a moved folder issue, but if anyone is proficient in Reaper I could use some help. Thank you.

Powerful questions to study any plugin
When I started my exciting journey of reviewing 2 plugins per week, I found so far that all plugins can be divided into these categories: Inside cube vs. outside cube What does this plugin do to the elements in the mixing cube? Or what does it do to the whole cube? Transparent vs. Non-Transparent (color) What does this plugin do to the sound fixing it (transparent) or decorating it (colored)?

One is additive saturation which is dithering. The other is subtractive EQ, which is a part of volume. I would try grouping plugins into categories. There are way too many variations and types.

@Luiza Milenova I concur on making things simple. I recommend to ask 'why?' on everything. You'll figure out the unlimited ways on how... Good luck!

@Paint Masteringdotca I really can't say. Harrison plugins and software seems to be heavy on the CPU. Running light plugins is an option. This DAW does have a Harrison Sound, but I can make that in Reaper with SStL/Harrison/Slate Bundle. At one time they wanted $299 for this DAW... I tried the 30day. It's ok... Not worth the $ to me~
