How Best to Deal with These Situations
I'm currently doing the Working With Busses exercise in MP101. I've come across an issue, which triggered a thought: What would be the best approach if a client sends you a project to mix and you realise that one of the tracks has intermittent (but regular) clicks for the duration of the song? Would you a) send it back to the client for correction (or ask for a corrected version) or b) work with it and try to mask it in the mix? I would have added another option – c) try to remove the clicks and charge for it – except this is meant to be the mixing stage. I would love to hear your thoughts.

What kind of track is it? Gtr, Vox, Drums, Bass, etc?
question about membership
Hello - not sure if this should be public but i recall when signing up, that there was an option to upload a track and then get tips on it. was this a mentoring session? or was it a different feature? thanks!

You can post it here in the community and get feedback. If you want specific advice, it's best to book a Checkin with a Mentor, and you can upload it for the session.

@Tom Baldwin we removed the level restrictions for posting. That was a Skool default
New Replay links and Mentor Call Calendar LIVE NOW!!
The new pages for watching replays for events and mentor calls is live and can be accessed for Premium and VIP members by going to the Classroom and Start Here section and clicking on the Replays page. The link for the replays is on that page. It is also be on the Check-in & Replay Links section under Replays. (The old spreadsheet is still there also and will stay there until it's not valid any longer.) Also, there is a new Calendar for anyone wanting to watch a live Mentor Call. This is a great opportunity to learn by watching as the Mentors help others with their tracks and questions. Being a "fly on the wall" for these calls are very educational. The link to that calendar will be in the Check-in & Booking Section for VIP's to attend. Please don't share these links publicly ... they are for Premium and VIP Members only If you have any questions, feel free to DM me. If you want access, please join one of our plans by going here: https://www.skool.com/mastering/plans

Feature requests?
Hey guys, wanted to get some thoughts on how we could make this group (both free and paid membership) even better value for everyone. Post your ideas/requests below, and drop a like on the requests you like the most! Some prompts: - What could we START doing that we’re not already doing? - What could we do MORE of? - What features would you like to see added? - What do you get the most value from right now, and how could we make it even better? Obviously can’t make any promises in terms of following through on every suggestion, but I can promise that your suggestions will all be considered and we heavily weight user feedback when thinking about improvements.

@Sam King Actually, this exact module is in TRE Mixing Section, along with a lot of other things not in here. Check your Classroom under TRE Module 2: Mixing - Section 10 - vocal tuning. There is not much in Membership that isn't already in TRE. If you joined TRE in the past 6 months, you probably haven't gotten to that section yet. Trust the process and when you do get there, you'll be better prepared to use it. You got this!!
