Ultrasound Therapy for Lymphatic Drainage
What a huge difference this has made. I started with my armpits and have moved to my neck. After a goods nights rest the difference in puffiness is very noticeable! Drop a like and comment below your experience with using ultrasound on lymph 😊

@Melissa Rose thank you for all that you have shared. I do manual lymph massage on my husband every day but am interested in trying to use the ultrasound to help him with the lymph/glymph drainage
Mother’s Day Vagus Nerve Cards
My daughter gave me these for Mother’s Day. It’s a deck of Vagus Nerve Cards. There’s 75 cards. You draw a card and each one has an exercise listed on it for the vagus nerve. On the back of each card, there’s instructions on how to do the exercise. This is what you get when you live with a Behavioral Psychologist PhD and a PhD Neuropsychologist. Lol. I get all of the latest cognitive and neuro therapy that’s available. 😂

Huge News ! Lymphatic Drainage Protocol Being *Pioneered* By Melissa Rose !!
This is something I always have loved about the Vagus Nerve + Ultrasound world. Even back when I did coaching, while I always advised a general protocol of stimulating the Vagus Nerve, it's true that some clients felt an "intuitive" drive to place the Ultrasound in other places. It reminds me a lot of Christina H. who has an amazing story, where she placed the Ultrasound on her Sacral region around the tailbone. That immediately helped her body release immense amounts of trauma, and her health drastically improved within the ensuing weeks, it was a huge breakthrough in the application of Ultrasound across the many large branches of the Vagus Nerve and Parasympathetic System. So, Melissa Rose, you should absolutely try to follow her over on X.com Here's her post from today: https://x.com/MelRoBuilds/status/1915410953744637982 And I've included screenshots here in this post to review. And there absolutely are a LOT of studies indicating that the use of Ultrasound on lympatic and glymphatic (more in the brain) does a lot to promote effective drainage of the "bad stuff" - so cool ! So, if you have your Ultrasound already - All that information opens up on Level 2 btw ! And I know you can all get there if you haven't already. I would suggest you try it out if you particularly are having some degree of bodily retention of fluids in certain areas. But yeah, it's been so crazy to see the work I've helped promote online finally breaking into the world, the public world now. Nothing can stop an idea who's time has come. Happy Sounding ! -Sterling

Self case study, introduction
Hi all, I'm a neurodivergent self directed learner who's using tVNS for PTSD and also toying with transcranial Ultrasound for adhd symptoms. So far my hrv has been improving and my RHR is great.
