This Call Will Save Your Life! Sure. Pass the Potatoes.
On the phone with the agent. "The seller thinks they have to write a $500,000 check to get out" We can cut that in 1/2 man, We asked one calm, adult question. If there were a legal, clean way for the seller to take a light sprinkle instead of a cold ice bath, would that be of interest?" No biggie right?!? That was it. No fantasy. No theatrics. Just a question about outcome. The response? Bank! Bank needs...The bank said.... The bank won’t. The bank said Nono zone,,, Bank Bank BAKOK! bank BAKOK like a lone rooster in a henhouse... And just like that, the conversation got weird. From whats your offer to solve this to a insurmountable wall of fire and death... Dont miss the call in a few hours @ 830pm eastern Sellercalls.com Agent soooo hypnotized. The bank’s treated like a 1st Edition Holo Charizard. Encased. Graded. Untouchable. Don’t breathe on it brooo... Got kicked outta school for this.... You would think we had just violated the 11th Commandment. Meanwhile, the seller is the one on title. the SELLER has the problem the SELLER is bleeding out cash... Not a peep about the seller - Agent laser f'n focused on the PROBLEM... I gotta say it... You do this too.STOP! You sure do! YA YOU DO! and its killing ya. Robbing you of your future. Someone says something and you preserve it like it’s sacred. You don’t test it. You don’t reframe it. You don’t ask the next question. You just eat it up and regurgitate it like its coveted gold... When did quoting and worshiping and obsessing over the obstacle become smarter than exploring solutions? If the bank is satisfied, wouldn’t the seller prefer not writing a $500K check? HOW is that question threatening? Is it because once you see a new path, you have to move? It’s easier to focus problems. Problems are safe. Problems let you sit there and keep chewing. Solutions? require responsibility. This call isn’t about a loan. It’s about what’s killing you slowly. Selective listening. Authority worship. waiting for the other party to stop talking so you can say what matters... the listening with an open mind part? the thing that you HAD TO DO to learn ANYTHING AT ALL EVER... is on life support - Am I wrong?

What a great call on human behavior…I’ve unfortunately been having the same issues w my relationship w my mom…it’s so frustrating!!! Especially when I want to focus on goodness and not the negativity and problems!! She actually gets annoyed at me…weird.
I am so Grateful
Grateful for Coach Marco. 🙏🏽 @Marco Kozlowski He sharpened my discipline and taught me to respect structure over noise. But let me be clear: Syndication is not my bloodline. I do not raise capital on stories. I do not underwrite hope. I do not transfer risk to strangers. I build income-first deals. I protect lenders and sellers. I execute through escrow, structure, and certainty. No crowds. No pressure. No exits required to survive. Structure over sacrifice. Stewardship over struggle. Every deal builds legacy. @Sherryl W @Cheri Boone

The Day Your Ego Dies?
The day your ego dies, your whole life changes. But most of you will fight to keep that parasite on life support — like it’s paying your rent. Your ego is that drunk friend who grabs the mic at karaoke and butchers Bohemian Rhapsody — off-key, off-tempo, but dead sure he’s crushing it. Everyone else is cringing. You’re just too close to hear it. You don’t need therapy. You need to admit you’ve been taking advice from your own worst enemy. You call it confidence. It’s actually your insecurity in designer clothing. You call it standards. It’s just your fear of being seen failing in public. The day your ego dies — that’s the day you stop trying to win arguments and start trying to win freedom. You stop needing to be the smartest in the room… and start begging to be the dumbest, because that’s where the money hides. People think ego gives them power. It doesn’t. It just gives you a mirror that only shows your best angle — while your life quietly burns down behind you. Your ego is a bad financial advisor. It tells you to buy the Lambo before you can afford the oil change. It tells you you’re “too good” to get help from someone who already knows how to get wealthy quickly — as if saving a few dollars is smarter than folding years of time to reach your goals faster. The silence after your ego dies is uncomfortable at first. Then you realize it’s peace. When it finally dies, you stop buying your own bullshit. You stop performing success and start producing it. You stop pretending to be ready and just get rich anyway. Money Moment: If I could surgically remove your ego today, would your income go up or down? 👇👇👇👇Drop one word — Alive or Dead — and prove it’s not just your ego reading this👇👇👇👇

@Marco Kozlowski agree...I see that my last line ...the "Q" was really a statement for anyone....as we all can get caught up in our own "clouds" and when we do not realize this, we stay stuck.... Awareness takes daily practice!!

You pick which call I make tonight! Vote
What do you want to hear? A live call where I have no idea what’s going to happen where I smell 5 to 6,000,000 bucks in profit? Or A call I just did a few seconds ago with $1 million a year in profit….once all the bills are paid. All in your pocket. All all for your family. In just those two calls? it’s a few million dollars a year in passive income and millions and millions and millions In equity just for knowing what to do. Not braggin I’m not smarter I’m not better than you There’s no way I’m better looking than you The only difference between you and I? I learned from people that knew more was fearless in making as many mistakes as possible so I could grow from them and New in the pit of my belly that if I had arms and legs and could speak English, I could help other people and make millions doing it Sellercalls.com @8:30 NYC On the seller call, I’m gonna let you choose how much money is made in less than 30 minutes Your value is based on your behavior. Keep doing what you’re doing. Keep getting what you got. you can either work the rest of your life and never see $1 million in the same place or you, you can focus on learning a skill where 1 million bucks is made on a phone call. WILL YOU be on the Center call tonight? Www.sellercalls.com The moves you make today will always improve or destroy your tomorrow If you really want to learn this business and are willing to be shaken up molded and allow and allow yourself to unleash the financial beast within you… comment below the one thing you never will do again once you are financially free. Don’t pull punches. Let’s see what you are sick of… AND see you in an hour. Either of those 2 deals. Set you free. Ouch. Right?

🧊💰 Your Money IS Melting — Here’s How to Stop It
If you’re working harder than ever and somehow feel like you’re falling behind — this one’s for you. (A MUCH longer post than I would usually like - but it all needs to be said) “Bro, my house went up $150K!” Cool story bro. Except... it didn’t go up — your money went down. You’re not getting richer. AT ALL... You’re being robbed slower than everyone else. 🏠 The $150K “Profit” That Wasn’t Back in 2019, gold was around $1,400 an ounce. Today? $3,912. That $350K house you bought back then? It was worth about 250 ounces of gold. Sell it today for $500K? That’s 128 ounces. Made $150K? NO You lost 122 ounces of gold — $477,864 of real buying power. FACK That’s inflation’s favorite trick — make you "feel" rich while it empties your pockets in slow motion. Kinda like being in a sauna bragging about how much weight you’re losing… not realizing it’s just sweat. 💸 The “Raise” That Was Really a Pay Cut In 2019, you made $50,000 — worth 35.7 ounces of gold. Fast-forward to now — maybe you’re at $61,652. Nice little bump, right? At today’s gold price, that’s a measly 15.8 ounces.. WTF?!?! Where did your 19.9 ounces go?!?! thats almost 78K man! Pay attention.... If your paycheck had actually kept its dollar value buying power, you’d be making $139,688 ARE YOU?!?! You didn’t move up the damn ladder Just Feels like you did You climbed 5 stories... as it was lowered by 15... would you clap because your parachute "kind of" opened?? thats whats happening now - as you fall faster and faster... Your “raise” was a participation ribbon for playing the poverty game politely. Do I have your attention now?? Gets more sobering.... 🏦 Even Your “Safe” Money is Quietly Drowning Lets say you have $50K in a 401(k) or savings? In 2019, that was 35.7 ounces of gold. Today, it’s 12.7. You lost 23 ounces — about $90,000 of buying power — while doing everything the :experts" told you was a “smart. move” The real slap? had you parked that same $50K in gold instead of melting cash…(boring AS HELL)

@Daniel M always Learning! and I haven't been learning from the best people or the trust bond has been broken....in any case, you have to buy right, have a healthy reserve fund (do not underestimate the importance of this!!) and have a good system in place with paperwork and finding the best tenants.....And at the end of the day.....nothing is completely "safe"...so, you have to be ok with the mistakes that happen and do not use your ego or feelings to make your decisions....it is a business and needs to be treated as a business...(meaning....you have to set boundaries with the people you partner with and the tenants...just like you do with children)....otherwise, you will lose control.
