Spine Workshop from Saturday
Really excited to share this workshop with you all. It's half hour theory and half hour of getting your spine more fluid! I would love for you to have a watch, share with a friend if you feel it appropriate and get back to me with any questions, comments or feedback that comes up. https://youtu.be/xkLUzPLJwMM

What a great class!
Spinal Waves + Coordination
This Saturday morning join me for Spinal Eaves and Coordination. Over the 5 years we had Aspen Movement Gym here in Perth this was one of our most popular classes. We will wiggle, articulate, dance about to get the spine free and more lubricated. Then arm swings to loosen off tension in the neck and remind our bodies that our arms are rooted deep into our torso. And of course, it wouldn't be complete without some coordinative work that gets our brains to REALLY think about how we move and organise ourself in space. I recommend having some music of your own that you enjoy moving to. Here's the playlist I'd be listening to if I wasn't recording :) https://open.spotify.com/playlist/6mRPZ0xscpoiWqT41Ogyl3?si=OhpaY9-hTUWhSpffom3wiw&pi=2HTbOr2kSBCGm&nd=1&dlsi=664cf06b9bd4404a When: This Saturday at 9:00 AM AWST Where: Click the event link on the calendar to join. The session will run for 60minutes. PS If you have partners, friends that want to trial this and join you, we don't mind extra people on your screen.

Such a beautiful class ♥️
Lifestyle for Lowering Inflammation + Stress
When it comes to our lifestyle and daily habits there are so many things we can do to create positive change. Such as reducing exposure to toxins, increasing nutrient density, altering products and cleaning habits... I would love to know, are these types of things something you want more info on? I can do a live call around this and give you the exact habits that we have been implementing after obsessing over this stuff for the past few decades. Use the poll below or just write into the comments anything you want to know about.

I’m interested in hearing your thoughts on all of these areas. Also, wouldn’t mind being part of a conversation around them as this is definitely my lane xx
Menopause with Dr Anny Fodor
Here’s the full conversation I had with Dr Anny. For anyone women in their late 30’s and beyond this is worth a listen. If you want to reach out to Anny about anything her website is linked below. I hope this is helpful and feel free to message privately if you have any feedback or insights.

Barefoot Shoes
G'day All Short time reader, first time poster...just delving into the barefoot material and about to crack on with the recommended audio book. I'm a massive advocate for running around barefoot as to me it's just comfortable, as a heavy diesel mechanic who wears boots for 10 plus hours a day I try to wear as little on my feet as possible when I'm not working. Which coincidentally gets me in trouble with my partner when I traipes dirt into the house or probably more importantly when I'm doing cabinetry work for our renos sans shoes. I found barefoot shoes many years ago when I was working on and around boats in NZ and absolutely loved them but since then I haven't gotten back into them...a few days ago when I ordered a new pair online (here's hoping they fit). Anyway, this actually feels like a bit of a nothing post. I guess I'm just curious as to who if anyone else wears them or has considered wearing them? I do understand that you don't get all the benefits of being completely barefoot but from my experience they do allow you to mould around what ever is under your foot and I can assure you when running or walking through the bush you still have to be careful as sharp objects will still cause you some pain.

I’ve got quite a few pairs so after quite a few years and there’s pluses and minuses with the different brands. Not all of them are wide enough for my feet. My first pair were 5 fingers, but as I had some misalignment in my toes I found them very uncomfortable. I’d probably do better now that my feet are getting their natural shape back.
