Agents Might be Down
Yeah...just a warning for all, and hope this doesn't get deleted, all our agents went down. Issues started yesterday, no options for Asssistable support and today they're fully down. We're actively switching to another emergency backup provider right now.

AI Voice Lab - Is it working?
Just trying to test out a prompt but in voice lab it says it connecting but nothing happening for at least the last two days?

Timeline
Hey @Jorden Williams I know theirs a lot of issues going on with the transition to v3 and inconsistency, but I was just wondering if it's possible to give a timeline on when the systems return back to normal fully functional. Even a really broad timeline and I know that's really hard to say, but a really rough estimate works because I need to know if need to learn another tool for now and come back when everything's functioning. If that's possible please let me know. Thanks in advance!

Knowledge Base Not Recognised by AI Voice (Chat Works)
@Jorden Williams can you please give an update on this bug report (#7805). I've posted it a few times now and it radio silence and no response from support. Just want to know if this is an issue with the system or us. It only stopped working recently for our clients. Thanks in advance

@Alexa Briggs was it working before for you? I think we may need to do something similar with adding it into the prompt as the client is getting very annoyed as its giving out incorrect insurance information
Knowledgebase Help
So I've been struggling to get a Voice assistant to answer properly from a knowledgebase. I've set the knowledgebase up using a google sheet with both Buildship and Make following instructions from @Jakin Harper , @Bilal Ahmed and @Brandon Duncan . For some reason it only pulls the first couple rows of data. I also set up the RAG knowledgebase based on Jorden's training and it just doesn't answer the questions properly. I've spent about 5 hours doing the same things over and over and I'm getting nowhere. Any help would be appreciated.

@Bilal Ahmed this is the exact issue we are having also but using Assistable knowledge base it just stopped working in the last few days
