@Khalil Ghacha Yeah strengthen, such a simple mistake. Can I ask you a question? Why the pronounciation of letter 'e' in ‘president’ and 'pretty' is different? The former is short E, and the latter is short I. I am really confused. Thanks!

@Khalil Ghacha Thanks! So I shouldn't memorize how the letters are pronounced. In stead, I should learn the pronunciation of words in sentences. The more I read and listen, and the more I practice, the more naturally I will speak. And eventually, I will tell the differences between vowel and consonant sounds in different words.
