I'm trying everyday i will not give up i make a lot of calls thanks to xleads but i feel upset that its alot of dead ends with disconnected numbers or people who don't pick up (the exact reason why door knocking still dominates all fields of business ) will keep going i know i can do this but lead generation is proving to be difficult i want to be @ the closing table im investing parts of my day job income as it comes into marketing but the faster i can get inbound leads the better

If you're reaching disconnected numbers frequently, you may want to use something like Trestle on your list of numbers to see if they are worth calling

Most people are not far away from progress. They just never stay in one lane long enough to see it work. Clarity shows up after action If you are in that stage right now and you are not sure what to focus on, comment your market and what you have tried so far. I've built a decent backlog of leads just by sticking with one outreach method. You can begin changing some things when you stick to something long enough. For example, I've got a growing backlog of leads. I'll just send a schedule reactivation text to see if they bite. If they do then they are hot again! As my backlog gets bigger, the potential to close an extra few contracts improves. There's treasure in focusing on one thing.

It was a busy day! Had a few things come up and didn't have much time to dedicate to the business but once I got to it I was able to make 111 calls tonight! 2 inbound calls. -Not interested. Had 13 pick ups 7 Not interested. 4 Wrong numbers. 2 hang ups. 0 New Leads Didn't seem like much was going on tonight to be real. Lots of no answers and voicemails. Looking forward to tomorrows marketing and them follow ups!! YOU CAN'T STOP ME!!!! IT'S TIME TO LEVEL UP!!!!!! LETTSS GOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!

Getting ready to get contracts signed for 8bd 4bth quadplex in St Louis. 3 of 4 units occupied MTM under market rent. Market rent when fully occupied is 4100+. Asking 315k. turnkey passes inspection. Any buyers in St Louis ?

Keep getting blocked by carrier for SMS
I keep getting blocked for just sending very simple messages like "hey is this the owner of ___" I have opt out language at the end of it too. I get blocked from a2p after like 20 of these texts because "error blocked by carrier" does anyone have any tips or recommendations?
