I’ve been reacquainting myself with the simple joy of a beautiful colouring page and pencil crayons... About 5-10 minutes each night before I go to sleep has been so soothing the past few days!! So I started playing with my Chatty and came up with these to accompany my 365 day journalling plan - do they appeal to you? There are three “Boldness” ones cause I was trying to have Chatty refine a few things but I love each of them so don’t waste to gatekeep what Imve already got 😆🤩 Would you be interested in purchasing these? What would make them better and/or worth purchasing if colouring is your jam? And @Todd Thornton & @Donna Thornton I’m not sure which category this fits into best - what category do you prefer?

You are so generous with each other. Someone shares what they’re building, and you lean in. You ask questions. You offer ideas. You share something you’ve learned. You encourage someone who’s unsure. You celebrate the wins. And sometimes you simply say, “I get it.” You notice each other. You remember what someone was working on and come back to ask how it went. You see a question and think, “I might be able to help with that.” You share what worked for you without assuming it has to be the answer for someone else. And sometimes you ask the question that helps another builder see something they couldn’t quite see on their own. When you share what you’re learning, someone else learns, too. When you ask the question you’re afraid might be obvious, someone else is relieved you asked it. When you encourage another builder, you remind them they don’t have to figure all of this out alone. You make this room what it is. Not just by being here. By bringing what you know, what you’re wondering, what you’re trying, and what you’re learning. And by being willing to share some of it with each other. I hope you know how much that matters. And how much YOU matter here. 💜

At the start of this month, I told you about the goose. A couple owns a bird that lays one golden egg a day. One egg, every day, without fail. And somewhere along the way it stops feeling like enough, so they take a knife to her, and of course there is nothing inside, and now there are no more eggs either. We said back then that the fable leaves out the useful half. Somebody fed that bird. Somebody sheltered her through winters and kept her safe. The gold was never stored inside the goose. It came from the conditions around her. That is what the month was about, and I think you proved it. Nobody built a golden egg. Not one person came back with the big launch, the perfect offer, the thing that changes everything at once. That is what we all picture when we think about monetizing, and it is not what any of you did. Instead, you made first steps small enough that a person could not fail them. You took the homework out of a challenge and gave it more days to breathe. You made cue cards for a teacher you have not met yet. You wrote an about page for one specific woman instead of for everybody. You built rooms where nobody has to speak until they want to. Every one of those is unglamorous. None of them would make a good screenshot. And that is exactly the point, because the thing that keeps a community alive is not the moment somebody buys. It is the hundred ordinary days before that, when somebody felt seen, or got unstuck, or finished something small and thought, well, maybe I can do this after all. That is the feeding and the shelter. Nobody writes stories about it. It is the whole mechanism. But there is one more question, and it has been sitting underneath everything we did this month. The story never says what the couple wanted the gold for. Not once. They have an egg a day and no reason attached to any of it, and I think that is why the knife made sense to them. If you do not know what the gold is for, no amount of it will ever feel like enough.

I'm starting Jenna Ostrye's Trafficmaxxing challenge tomorrow and last night I decided that I needed to finally open the new community I created about a month and a half ago - I grabbed the unique url, "kingdom" cause I just couldn't resist it but wasn't sure exactly what I was gonna do with it to begin with! Over the last month and a half, I have slowly gained more and more clarity so when I decided to take the plunge yesterday, I already knew a lot of the details and just had to start inviting new members! Gonna just do a braindump tonight cause I AM TIRED and I'll be back to share more details as the days go on. This morning I announced in several communities that I was inviting Christian business owners to become founding members to join the waitlist for Kingdom Peace & Prosperity and come in for free as long as they requested to join by 5 pm Pacific. At 5 pm I had a few more people who had told me they wanted to join but they hadn't yet clicked the button - I gave them grace and waited a teensy bit longer to turn on our tiers :) We now have 25 members including (Skooly's management bot so I can do all kinds of super cool things in and for the community!) Our tiers are set at $10/yr for the Standard tier which includes community, networking and the opportunity to promote both personal and affiliate offers - with rules that will focus on excellent marketing practices so we don't become a promotionfest. Premium tier is $25/mth or $250/yr for faith-based mindset journals and increased opportunities for promotion VIP tier is $250/mth or $2500/yr for everything on Standard and Premium plus 2 faith-based mindset coaching calls/mth We now have 16 members on Level 1, 2 on Level 2, four on Level 3 and 2 on Level 4 - I am feeling confident that tomorrow is gonna be another good day of connection with more members levelling up and together we'll be deciding on what rewards will be great rewards for us as I really want to encourage the fun of the gamification on Skool.
