Because I love myself 💙
I go to the gym... because I love myself I brush my teeth... because I love myself I clean my home... because I love myself I shower... because I love myself I build community... because I love myself I create & scale companies... because I love myself I maintain my friendships... because I love myself I meditate... because I love myself I journal... because I love myself I prioritize my sleep... because I love myself I show up for my clients... because I love myself I eat healthy meals... because I love myself I sit in gratitude daily... because I love myself There are many, many things I do because I love myself. Your self is the only thing you were given when you were born and you will have until you die. And many of us - especially those of us with ADHD - tend to beat ourselves up. "I am stupid" "I'm not good enough" "I need to do more" "Why can't I just stop procrastinating?!" "I must be broken" "I'm worthless" "I don't deserve to be successful" It is easy to be harsh to yourself. You're often your own worst critic. But what if we chose to feed another voice? The voice of self-love and compassion? The voice that whispers our unique strengths and abilities, knows what we're capable of, and is our biggest cheerleader? 2026 is only days away. A new year. A new opportunity to set intentions and make changes. I'm not talking about empty New Year's resolutions to "do better". I'm talking about embracing that we already ARE better - and choosing to feed that reality instead of the many that don't serve us. My plan in 2026 is to embrace loving presence and build myself up. Be my own cheerleader. Choose awe and gratitude in every possible moment. The world is full of incredible, awesome things to be grateful for, and I choose to see that reality... Because I love myself. What will you do differently in 2026 because you love yourself?

Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays!
Merry Christmas to everyone who celebrates it! And happy holidays!! 🥂 What’s everyone doing for Christmas today?? And what cool gifts did you get? I’m gonna be drinking some Baileys & hot chocolate, eating food, and playing with my dog! And I got an awesome leather bound journal. Really excited to use it to help me lock in my goals in 2026 and be in loving presence with myself. Also thinking of all the ways I can improve this community 🤔 got some fun events coming up soon! Including a Christmas party this Sunday if you’re local to Austin!

Shout Out to our Badass FEMALE Founders!
I am constantly inspired by the ladies in this community... The single moms raising kids on their own while building a business. The mommas getting 2 hours of sleep and still showing up for their kids and their partner and their business. And the ladies without kiddos who are blazing ahead in their career. You ladies are truly a force of nature. And y'all don't get enough praise. Here's to you!! Shout out to @Alison St. Romain @Rebecca Bautista @Amber Kay @Nancy Burditt @Sophia Buchanan @Melissa Fuller @Melissa Fuller @Verena Venus @Reema Rana @Yukta Kandhari @Micah Walker @Michaela Juby @Danna Owen, MS @Rebecca Pay @Pamela Igwe @Lydia Wilmsen @Zoe Plant @Samanda Rasmussen @Becky Teresa @Heather Di Rocco @Tori Cadry @Sam Rathling @Amber Radfar @Dorothea Röhrig @Jenny Landis @Kat Oakley @Tiffany Noel Taylor @Kirsten Mathews @Emily Satel @Cara Oyler @Michele Chapman @Elizabeth Hadzic @Kittie KaBoom @Tina Maria @Natasha Fernandez @Jen Ritchie @Wayla Freedom @Sam Miles @Denielle Farrow

Match the Gif Part Two
Rules are it has to be a gif from the Giphy button so everyone has an equal chance to match. Post a gif. Comment the match. Like This gif is the one that almost stumped me last time I did this. @Amber Radfar Enjoy!

🏆 Winning Season 🏆
I asked everyone to share their biggest or smallest win since joining Focus Founders and the responses reminded me why this community is so special 🔥 Every win tells a story of momentum, connection, and courage. 🧙‍♂️ @Christopher Rogers had his first big spark after a chat with Bill. That short conversation gave him a ton of insight and left him feeling inspired, realizing he could genuinely follow in Bill’s footsteps. ⭐ @Gerald Gerlich quietly created impact by helping two Skoolers reach Star status. Proof that leadership often shows up through service 🏡 @Dorothea Röhrig shared something beautiful… Her first win was gaining a new home within Focus Founders. After years of feeling “too much,” she found herself in a space full of fast thinking, likeminded people where she finally felt seen. Speaking truth into the heart of what community brings 💼 @Brian Diep just signed his first client!! And the best part? He didn’t even realize it at first. Showing how natural growth starts happening when you’re living from alignment! 🔥 @Pete Geissler turned resistance into action. On day one, Bill challenged him to tackle a high priority task that he’d been putting off. He begrudgingly did it and that one move snowballed into new habits and ongoing wins, fueled by the encouragement of the community. 💪 @Heather Di Rocco found her rhythm through the perfect Challenge buddy (thanks, Bill!). The challenge itself was the right mix of doable and uncomfortable and she’s now consistently doing a little more than her goal every day as she moves through resistance. 💫 @Patrick Horta said his biggest win has been the people. The connections he’s made here encouraged him to join other communities and show up more boldly. Even after feeling a bit of burnout, Focus Founders remained the group he wanted to return to! That renewed focus helped him grow his own group to rank #35 in discovery and he’s deeply grateful for the relationships built along the way.
