I think I'll agree with what @Ivan Ivanov mentioned. This seems a little too long. As he mentioned, maybe drill down into who you are trying to attract to your community. I'm thinking it might be the DIY/homeowner type. Maybe do 2 or 3 minutes to address their needs. Then take this video and repurpose it into shorted bids to use in your community. I don't have much room to talk, my about page is a disaster, but I think if you tighten it up you'll get a better result.

@Ivan Ivanov is a good guy. I'm glad you brought him in. I'll have to check out the replay.
